MOSTLY GOOD ONLY A COUPLE OF THINGS ANOYED ME PERSONALLY.

OVER THE TOP ENFORCMENT OF THE NO SMOKING UNLESS IN A DESIGNATED AREA RULE AS THERE IS ONLY ONE (SMALL) SMOKING SHELTER FOR THE WHOLE COLLEGE.

GOT ASKED TO LEAVE CLASSROOM FOR NOT REMOVING MY HAT (AS MY HAIR WOULD HAVE BEEN IN MY EYES AND WE WERE REQUIRED TO SIT AT A COMPUTOR) WAS SUGGESTED I GET A HAIR NET FROM HAIRDRESSING(WHICH IF YOU REALLY THINK ABOUT IT IS LIKE WEARING A HAT SO TELL ME WHAT THE DIFFERANCE IS AND HOW THAT AFFECTS THE COLLEGE. TUTOR SAYS ITS COLLEGE POLICY BUT WHEN I CHECKED AND ASKED STAFF TO CHECK NO SUCH POLICY EVEN EXISTS.. ITS A MEDIEVIL TRADITION OF RESPECT IF YOU WERE TO ENTER ANOTHER MANS HOUSE YOU TAKE YOUR HAT OFF TO SHOW THAT PERSON YOU TRUSTED THERE HOUSE AND IS A RIDICULOUSE RULE TO ENFORCE IN 2017 ESPESHALY WHEN THE TUTOR WHO ASKED YOU TO LEAVE FOR NOT COMPLYING WITH A NONE EXISTENT POLICY SWORE REGULARY IN CLASS WHICH IRONICLY IS ACTUALLY AGAINST COLLEGE POLICY.

I studied Functional Skills English level 1 in 2011 at Preston's Course College,i enjoyed the course i found my English tutor Chris Forde to be very supportive i thought the course was interesting.I had to take a re - sit for the exam, which i passed on the next attemped.I also studied Functional Skills ITQ level 1 City & Guilds, which i was well supported by my tutor Tony Giles.
This course was a good acheivement, as i had to pass 5 modules in order to get this qualification.I 've have further improved my education and my prospects in general .My last academic year with Preston College was 2013,in that year i studied Functional Skills Mathmatics Entry Level 3 City & Guilds which i successfuly went on to pass the exam. The Tutors who taught me on this course were mike Perry and nigel Claire they supported me,j thought this was an excellent course. It really boosted my confidence in Mathmatics.I enjoyed my time studying these courses at Preston's College. If you want to brush up on different subjects, then i would definitely recommend Prestons College for a place to study. So get your self down to a Preston's College next open event & see what course's they have got to offer.

Certainly not the best. Teaching is good however sometimes it can lack a lot due to money. Only thing I would give a star rating for is the support. Its fantastic but at the same time I came to college to learn. Another reason why I'm only giving it 2 stars is because of the resources it provides.

Worst college ive ever been to. I was bullied and harrassed most days and nothing was ever done about it, I reported this multiple times and still nothing was done, I didnt even enjoy the course as the tuters didnt care about my well being at all.
