Pret A Manger 141 Cheapside

Today a lady at PRET Cheapside made my day. I left my card at the office and was in a hurry to get my lunch. I didn't realise this until I was at the till about to pay. I was really embarrassed and was about to run back to work to get my card, and the lady said my lunch was on the house. I get my lunch from PRET most days and this amazing customer service explains why. I didn't catch the ladies name, but thank you so much.

Thank you to the lady who served me at lunch today. I had such a headache & must have been away with the fairies, when I asked you how much & you said no charge, it’s free & I was saying it’s three pound something. Thank you again for your kind generosity. I must add, your kale & lentil soup is delicious.
