We were here while visiting London. They offer quick and healthy foods for anyone on the run. I think this is better than our Canadian Tim Hortons and Starbucks!!

Really appreciated Edyta this week, as she knows what my order is and how I like it served (i.e. not too many serviettes as well as coffee with a sleeve) and is always friendly. She has made my day twice this week and is like my Helen Hunt barista from the film "As Good As it Gets" to my grumpy and particular Jack Nicholson type customer

Quick service, clean premises, drinks were hot and muffin fresh and moist. One criticism, there need to be more toilets, one disabled and one ordinary not enough.

I went 4 times there and I am working in luxury hospitality so i am sensitive to good service & genuine smile, even if the interaction is always less than a minute the service is always great! Well done to the team!

I cannot function in the morning without a strong strong Cappuccino from Pret. Id read to think how much I have spent on Coffee since you first opened your branch on the Kingsway in Holborn!

Why do some of your cakes at the counter have an eat in price and some not? I thought all eat in had VAT added!!

The staff are lovely but the WiFi here is terrible. By the time you've connected, if you can, your lunch break may be over.

Just HOW MANY of these are in Central london?!?!? Seems to be one every 2 minutes. Far, far too much brand exposure guys youre ruining the high streets. Anyway this store made me wait while 2 servers had a chat, i asked for a sandwich to be toasted and she took it barely acknowledging me and didnt say thankyou afterwards. Basic manners cost nothing and the shop wasnt busy, no wonder. The sandwich wasnt great and the tomato 'soup' was thick and gloopy. The caremalsed onion tasted like a bucket of sugar was used, nothing natural about it and not like the relish i make. Ill be getting my lunch elsewhere in future.

After ordering a latte and a piece of raspberry bakewell the person serving me made a muffled comment to a his colleague and started laughing. When I asked what the joke was, I was told nothing, when I insisted I be told what the joke what it turns out to be a derogatory remark about me!! I asked to speak to the manager, only to be told that I was in fact speaking to the manager - yes he was the one making jokes at my expense - his name Andreas Grimm. I have contacted their customer services and have to say was given a very satisfying and understanding response. I will be returning to the shop as I've been promised vouchers to spend there, and I won't be bullied or ridiculed out of using somewhere I use to shop by small minded, ignorant managers. Have all the fun you like at work, but not at my expense!
