Pret A Manger

Your staff are totally brilliant, serviced by a great guy (left my phone when I left) he kept it safe for me!! Thank you!!!

Visited here in June 2016 with a family member whilst I was on holiday and remembered how I loved this particular Pret so I travelled here again and it's really lovely. Staff (Ekram in particular) are so warm and friendly, the store is clean, tidy and I love the decor (especially that funky rose gold and chrome light display overhanging the downstairs section). Will definitely come here again!

In my week here in London I've gone to various Pret a Mangers, mainly for a caffeine pick me up in a super congested city.

This chain is excellent. Chill and comfortable settings virtually on every corner. There must be 3000 in London alone. Free WiFi, friendly staff and a Coke is 99p. Plus, clean restrooms. Take 30 minutes or so for a rest and relief from the throngs on the streets and well, everywhere. I don't drink coffee but their tea is really good.

Over priced, poorly filled wraps with little to no taste

When are Pret going to provide ceramic cups for customers drinking in like all the other chains and cut down on unnecessary takeaway waste cups and lids etc?
