Pret A Manger

We are big prêt à manger fans and as we live in Switzerland , when ever we are in the U.K. We visit a lot of prêt à manger and today was solihull. After a little accident at our table a member of staff helped us clean up and made a lovely gesture. Thank you.

Tasty food and coffee for lunch. Nice friendly staff.

My husband has just eaten his Festive Sandwich purchased this morning he said it was lovely and the best he has tried , my son had the Ginger Bread biscuit with the melting snowman he said that was brilliant .Thank you and what wonderful staff the Solihull branch has xx

I think think is the best cup of coffee you can get in Solihull. Decent price, and friendly staff.

Good food and coffee in a pleasant environment but the great staff is what keeps me coming back.

Go most Sunday mornings with my hubby. He has hot chocolate and I have filter coffee with hot milk. We always have a Pain aux raison. We both love them they are our favourite pastries. The staff are very friendly too.

First time into Pret today!! Have to say food is amazing and coffee.. And most importantly for me the customer service!! 10/10

As an author and creative, sitting in a café to tap into my greatest creativity is vital. The only coffee shop that consistently delivers on creating a conducive environment for me to enjoy great coffee and food is Pret A Manger. My local Pret in Solihull of course is incredible. Barbora and her team are always welcoming and, despite how busy they get, make the time overdeliver. I love it.

This is the first time I've visited Pret in Solihull. Staff were friendly,the tea was nice and the praline cookie was heaven and I spent a relaxing half an hour reading the paper - perfect for what I needed 👍🏻

Quick service..beats waiting in the mile long Costa Coffee queue in half term...

Had lunch with my daughter, the food was excellent and filled us both up for the rest of the day! My only negative comment would be that it was just a bit pricey...

Always liked Pret A Manger and they offer great food however they don't sell enough in the way of gluten free sandwiches or cakes . More and more people are opting for gluten free now for medical reasons it would be great to see GF products available here :)

Staff conduct was unbelievable out of order today. I literally had to ask 5 times to see the allergen book as I have a lot of food intolerances & chronic illness and she refused to give it to me. The level of training is not acceptable as 2 staff members didn't even know there are other ingredients (not specified on the shelves) in their soups which some people are allergic to. Finally, what looked to be a senior waitress gave me the book and upon reading, I couldn't have the soup. So, lack of awareness and general good customer service could have been detrimental to my health, if I didn't stand my ground. Overall attitude left me really upset and angry. I will be making a formal complaint.

I don't think I will have another sandwich at Pret A Manger Solihull. I bought a sandwich with roasted salmon, spinach and avocado according to the label. It was smoked salmon actually ( I don't eat smoked meat because some health problems) , the taste was not good at all and when some spinach fall aside I noticed that it was not looking good or it wasn't washed before. Anyway the sandwich wasn't' eatable. I have put it to the bin . It's first time when I've been disappointed here but even so I will avoid their sandwiches.
