Lovely people and fabulous food, made with love in the kitchen upstairs. Highly recommended

I was in the UK on holidays last year and just loved Pret. Dearly wish we had it here in Australia.

Crowded during a rainy lunch-time but I had a lovely 20 minutes talking to Spanish tourists in the happy atmosphere.

Best team ever!!!

Shame they stopped smoking outside that's a bummer

Overpriced as all coffee shops are hardly any seats and no toilets

Bad management..poor food quality. Today red thai chicken & veg was so disgusting, so bland and just a warm pot, the tuna salad had no egg and they don't care...
