Tried the coconut latte it was really delicious as was the chicken and bacon baguette. Went back for another coconut latte and got it on the house, was very impressed, thank you!

This place was a life saver in London- They have delicious sandwiches and amazing coffee also, best chocoloate chip cookie ever!

Love the fact that Pret are allowed to give discretionary free products. Helps reward nice manners from our little one

I am more than impressed with the staffs service. I go to this pret on a almost daily basis because I am currently a homeless army veteran. I always say good morning to the staff and they always say good morning back. They usually give me a free Cappuccino.

Extremely impressed with the service received. I know pret pride themselves on their service but until now I was yet to see such an amazing gesture. My card failed to work on the machine while purchasing a coffee, I offered to pop tongue cashpoint to withdraw some cash and was told "this one would be in the house" such a gesture of goodwill will mean I will no longer visit another coffee shop in London bridge. Thank you.

Food was good, very crowded,had to wait for a table,coffee good

They dont have baby chairs 😱 People have babies, people with babies drink a lot of coffee. How can you not have baby chairs?

Disgusting toilets: not cleaned, messy and health hazard due to very wet floors. Rude and unhelpful staff, when complaining about the toilets, who were reluctant to allow us to use the disabled toilet due to the uncleanliness of the main ones.

Had a very disappointing experience at the London bridge branch. Even after paying UP FRONT I have to leave without a coffee . I Waited for 8 min for my coffee while the baristas kept on arguing with each other as who needs to do what job. Meanwhile the coffee was served to 5 other people who came after me at other counters. When I asked about the coffee I just got back a rude response fron the sales admin who had no clue even if the coffee is being made or not. I just walked out after having lost both money and time. pathetic staff service !!!!
