Pret A Manger

Would love to thank the team this morning especially the young lady (Can't remeber her name. She had blonde hair and was about 5ft5). She will probably remeber as she made me a chilled chai latte! The team said they had not done it before but without hesitation told me that they would try. Having craved drinking it, I left very happy along my merry way with the best chilled chai latte. I will definitely come back for another. Thank you for not saying the easy reply, 'no' and for offering great service.

When ever I'm out and fancy a sandwich and a drink I like to find a Pret a Manger as the food is always fresh and the staff are polite & helpful.This was my first visit to this branch and it was busy but the staff were great and my sandwich was fresh.Keep up the good service you guys :)

The best fastfood ever and it is organic!

Stopped in on Tuesday for lunch. Staff was very friendly and fast. We sat down at the top in comfortable chairs to watch the busy goings on. One guy was constantly keeping all the areas neat and clean. Food and coffee were excellent as usual. All very pleasant!

I was impressed with selection available for lunch and cool drink for the London heat. Food was delicious and not too expensive.

As well as complimenting them on the large range of lovely food and drinks I would also like to say a word about the lovely people who work at the Marble Arch branch. I popped in yesterday evening with my son and daughter to grab a bite to eat before we went across the road to the Marble Arch Theatre to see the "Five Guys named Mo" show. Unfortunately I left my purse behind by accident. When I went back to Pret after the show I discovered that not only had they found my purse and kept it safe but the manager had also phoned my bank to let them know he had found it! It was a huge relief not to have to replace all my cards and we were able to use the contactless facility to get home. Then to round it all off the manager also offered us free drinks so we had a very lovely hot chocolate and Chai Latte to drink on the way back! Thank you very much indeed for your kindness,

After being over looked and waiting for 3 mins to order a cappuccino - the pregnant lady apologised and gave me the coffee 'on the house'. Now that's service, and all delivered with a smile! Thanks Pret!

Very nice place to stop for a coffee and a cake the staff were very helpful and it was nice and clean

It's an excellent fast eat out place . totally recommend them.

Called in at the marble arch London yesterday it was ok except for the fact that the toilets were out of order not good for a cafe

The place needs a toilet and more tables. And drop the charge for eating in. That's not cool.
