Thank you so much. What an amazing place and staff. We shall deffo be visiting again. The chap at the till saw my lil girl had dropped her drink everywhere) and had another made for us. After the freezing day of busses not turning up he was perfect i felt so bad but thay made us feel not so bad after trying to clean up our mess. so thank you so much. :)

I visited Pret this morning for breakfast. You have delicious looking breakfast sandwiches yet all of them contain egg! How about a Vegan one?



I ordered my usual black coffee and pretzel, just waiting for my coffee, Richard recommended Chia Pudding with mango and pomegranate pieces on top. I tried it and it is my new favourite now. Delicious... I would definitely recommend. Thank you Richard.

Normally go to Nero but that's being refurbished at the moment - this was an acceptable alternative.

Nice friendly and accommodating staff....ideal meeting place with Family and friends as well...good location..

Love popping in here for lunch but rather upset to discover the cookie I paid for earlier isn't in my bag with my salad and fruit.

Love Pret, very quick service even when busy and great coffee and cakes. Music a little loud though when you're trying to have a conversation.

Always polite staff. Food is easy and delicious. Love the new tortilla wrap, though a bit greasy.

is it possible for you to train your staff to put the fillings IN the baguette rather than draped around the outside?? or is it meant to be DIY?

When I visited the place was a bear garden. The girl on the till barked parrot fashion at me in a heavy "mittle European" accent. The place was littered with HGV buggies full of bad tempered wailing brats. A couple of air headed teenage girls were conducting a Kindergarten in the corner next the door to the toilets effectively blocking exit & entrance to that facility. Somewhere in the building some one was demolishing a wall with Sledgehammer. All this is a pity because you do serve decent food & Coffee even if it is a tad overpriced.

Order a tea to drink in cup was really grubby and tea stained! Didn’t drink my tea, usually really nice to drink my tea in unfortunately today wasn’t impressed with the dirty cup!

Love the food shame the customer service is so poor. Even when you go out of your way saying thank you and smiling, very little interaction is given and if it is it’s so often rude. Such a shame as regular customers- one would think the staff are trained to be rude rather than display friendly customer service. This isn’t a one off it’s been like it for years.

In my salad today was a red and black beatle. No a welcome addition to my lunch!
