Very friendly staff, always a pleasure to visit Pret with my family or friends. Clean, tidy and a comfortable place to sit and relax with your cuppa. Highly recommend a visit!!!

I was here today. First the staff offered to bring my lunch to table (I had a pram) rather than me juggle it! Secondly they moved a seat to make room for the pram. Whist sitting there eating and feeding my son I observed so many acts of amazing customer service. Constantly helping people find tables esp when in wheelchairs or with prams. Cleaning tables all the time. Really impressed!! Don't often see this in a 'chain' anymore.

Had avocado and chilli wrap...delicous! Always enjoy their food. One of the better chains .

Good place for a quick drink of coffee, accomated my son on his weird request of some sort of hot chocolate concoction. Staff were very friendly.

Clean tidy and very busy establishment. Factor that makes it great is great staff. Not keen on the large menu but it caters for a large market. One request can you offer some sandwiches in white bread ie Ham cheese toasties.

Clean and tidy, constantly cleaning tables off. Friendly staff who were more than willing to carry my tray for me to a table as I have trouble carrying them with my walking stick.

Coffee was lovely and the croissant was fresh �
