the staff were very friendly and helpful . the caramel latte was fantastic and the chocolate croissant was very fresh.The seating area was very clean considering they where very busy when we went . well done , i will be coming back

Who is the friendly guy who works here who is always loud, happy and has a joke with everyone!! He is just ace! Makes my morning seeing him. He needs a promotion and pay rise at once. :) xx

To the lovely lady who served me at Birmingham new street station who gave me a complimentary spiced apple drink because I never tried it before! Little act of kindness that put a smile on my face!

Thank you to the lovely man who served me this morning in Grand Central Station. I'd already had my breakfast and went to purchase another latte for the train journey, when he said it was on the house as I'd already bought breakfast. Thank you for the little act of kindness. Thank you so much to all of your fabulous staff! I had just taken my son on his first train ride and we stopped off for a coffee and cake before returning. As I ordered I got told my coffee was on the house and they gave my son a free cookie!! Amazing service and made my son's day extra special!!

Love the food. People who work here are mostly great. I've had one experience where I was less than satisfied. It's my must stop at place when at New Street.

Ive been in travelling to Birmingham every morning for the last 2 weeks and Arash has absolutely made my morning every morning! I was actually gutted today not to be served by him to say goodbye.

Arash is an absolute tonic in a busy environment and hi smile is infectious.

I've always loved the products and ethos of this company. But I was disappointed to find they'd stopped serving Chai latte :-( Then I saw a Turmeric Latte and asked what it was like. They told me and I said I'd try it. They immediately gave me one free of charge and hoped I'd like it. I did. It's now my go-to drink of choice. As always though...excellent customer service from lovely people. Thank you :-)

I observed some fantastic customer service here today, when a blind couple came in and were attentively served and looked after from their arrival to being seated upstairs with their lunch. Though it was unfortunate that some other prior in the queue couldn't see past their own noses and instead moaned about the couple jumping to the front of the line, falling to notice the member of staff guiding them up to the counter. Kudos to the staff, and boo to the grumblers in the queue.

Great food for beakfast, fruits, drinks wonderful, want to come back again �

Feel the need to give a massive shout out and thank you to the lovely lady in Pret A Manger Birmingham, New Street who just gave me lunch on the house after I went to pay and realised I didn't have my card. You had no idea I'm having a stuck in traffic, car breaking down, forgotten jacket, running late, broken nail, walked to a supermarket for lunch and realised I hadn't got my purse so walked back to the office grabbed purse and walked back to treat myself to a pret and found my card wasn't in my purse - kind of day and you didn't have to so kind.

Your generosity really made my day especially having just finished a training session about the impact of automation of jobs!

As a nurse who ended up having to go back to work to sleep after doing a 13 hr shift as I couldn’t get home by train last night - the staff member who served me a sandwich and a soup and didn’t charge me for my sandwich when she heard what I was doing -made a very bad day much more bearable knowing such good people are out there - many thanks for such a lovely deed x

Good food, good people's, free wifi. And an amazing view upstairs seating area. Love this place...but, now both women's toilets are not always great, bring your own hand sanitiser!!

The wheel chair lift was not working, friendly staff member did apologies and gave us free drinks but still not good enough. Hot chocolate was not very nice, glad I didn't pay for it

Poor choice of food and it was not very spacious. Went in with a wheel chair user but had no access to the upper floor.
