I was dismayed that although I was having my coffee in the premises, I still got a disposable cup, and as a recent campaign highlighted, these cups are not recyclable! This is not good for the environment! And I had a similar experience later that day in a cafe in Heathrow! What's wrong with using real cups? Is it too expensive?

I really like the coffee here but if u go in first thing to buy lunch then forget it! They never put anything out until later in the morning.

I'd buy my lunch 2/3 times a week if there was something available.

Waited 35 mins for the breakfast rolls, four of us in at 08.35. They finally managed some by 09.05 but had only made two! Incompetent €$#%£!!

I love the creamy porridge Pret sell in the morning, but the last 3 days in a row I've been in and there's none on sale! I asked the girl behind the counter and she just tells me abruptly; "it comes out at 8". I look at my watch; it's quarter to. A) surely it's worth selling breakfast items at the time many people are going to work (7.30-8am is usually a very busy time for commuters in a city centre), b) it was quarter past 8 I was in yesterday and there was not any porridge then either, and c) all they had on offer were pastries or sandwiches (which isn't great for someone avoiding bread) so I left without breakfast. I have also never seen this store offer the dairy free porridge as they do in other stores?

My mum was in pret today and whilst enjoying her coffee � , someone stole her bag.

It was a relatively large brown jigsaw � over the shoulder bag and contained everything (house keys � �,car keys, wallet ��, phone � , lipsticks �, etc ... )



I would like to say that the pret staff were helpful and understanding, but their response was fairly 'non-plus'. Knowing that my mum had lost her phone, they didn't even offer theirs to allow her to call the police to report it or cancel her cards.



Given the above, if anyone was in pret and saw someone acting suspicious between 1-2 this afternoon, please can you get in contact with me or the police� .
