excellent service both in the morning and at lunch, would recommend.

although the cafe was busy it was very clean. The staff were very freindly and helpful. The baguettes we had were delightful

Went in this evening for an iced drink but didn’t really know what I felt like...the guy that served me was soooo friendly and helped me decide on a drink, which was delicious! � keep up the good work �

The tuna melt toastie was lovely and hot milk with the Americano went down a treat

The salmon, sushi balls and edamame beans lunch box was delicious and well worth the cost. Great, friendly, helpful staff too - wanted to find out if there was prawns in the sushi balls as my mum has an allergy.... they looked up the ingredients with no fuss and didn't make us feel like we were being a nuisance. Would definitely recommend!

I go for the fab coffee and pan au raisins but most of all the customer service and friendliness of the staff

Brilliant welcome this morning as a breastfeeding mum out on my own. I had my order brought over, door closed in case of a draft while feeding, offer of a more comfortable chair to be brought over. Lovely friendly support, thank you! � x

I love the coffee from here but please please please can your barista's ensure they know that a latte and a cappuccino are not the same things!!!!!! I hate my latte with 2 inches of foam (especially when it's a takeaway and I can't go back with it!!!) otherwise, the coffee is great.

I awlays go there wirh my dad to catch up and i enjoy there hot chocolate, buttues and toasties service is good too

Friendly staff and food lovely would have liked a little more vanilla syrup in my vanilla latte though as just tasted like a normal latte

Called in today for a sandwich for the 4 of us, it cost an arm & a leg however I appreciate it is all natural etc etc so went along with the flow! Imagine to my dismay when I asked at the counter if they could make my 10 year old son a ham sandwich/baguette without butter to be told no! Wen asked why she stated they couldn't?? I asked for a plain baguette (which normally comes with soup) to be told they couldn't do that as I didn't buy soup??? Wish I had just walked away tbh, very poor customer service, will not be going again!!!!!

Best coffee on the oaks...staff friendly and helpful. You have to be quick to get a table at busy times

Great food but shame about the rudeness of one staff member today (disappointing)

The pain aux raisin and the chocolate cake were dried up, I reckon they had been stood there for 8 hours. No plates!!!! The milk for my tea was in a cardboard cup!
