What great staff 😊 Served by a lovely lady in the till ... .gorgeous food as well.

WE live in Street and visit Pret VERY regularly (as well as local independents) and find the staff to be friendly and helpful and that they go the extra mile. Occasionally we find that the store has been sooo very busy that we give a hand cleaning away plates, cups etc. We know most of the staff personally and have the highest praise for them. A new manageress has recently started and looks like she is right on top of things and is ultra friendly. Give it a try.

It was very busy, but the staff were extremely efficient & polite as usual, even the manager was clearing dirty cups from the tables. The food & drinks were up to the usual high standard. Well done.

Food lush but WHY OH WHY the plastic�??

Clean tidy eating place, stopped for a snack and coffee, prices ok

Only had coffees but it was ok. It was on a Thursday lunchtime and very busy. Service was a bit slow but only to be expected.

Come on Pret a Mangers. You can do better. Only disabled toilet available but no paper and no soap.

Asked for butter for my bread roll (with soup). After I had paid and found a table.

Man I was talking to walked away, girl on till asked him to come back and get me one which he did. Fifteen minutes after leaving the shop I had an allergic reaction, as I only had chicken soup and a roll I was concerned. Upon investigation by my daughter online we determined it was black pepper. Overall I love Pret A Manger, plenty of choice and usually good service. It was a quiet Wednesday so could have done better. Clearer labelling of ingredients would also help.

Really disappointing visit. Coffee mediocre, took a long time to make and not that hot. They didn’t have any cream (as too busy the day before was the reason given). The toilets were out of order too. Not a great start to the Christmas shopping period.

Very rude member of staff ..We visited today and asked the blonde woman to warm up a sandwich and she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up in the air.

I then asked for a feedback form to be told that they don't have any at the moment.

So here is our feedback: You are rude to your customers, we will certainly not be spending our money in your establishment again!
