Needed some particular salads for the most senior managers in my company today. You didn't have any available but kindly phoned the Derby Sq branch who had some and even made a couple up for me to order. Thanks for going above and beyond. Really appreciated your help

Me and my mother always go there in town and the food is delicious, especially the ham and mustard sandwich, the staff are welcoming and overall excellent customer service. If anybody hasn't been there, give it a try. You will love it!

User

Lovely except for the seagull problem 😂😅

User

I always go to Pret for my breakfast when I am in Liverpool. Fantastic food and service and I love the whole Eco bit

Had a great lunch today and really appreciated the fab tasting decaff coffee. I asked if you had any for sale but apparently not. I am for Southport and can't understand why you don't open there. There are so many excellent sites empty in the famous Lord street. There is practically no where to get organic healthy food to eat in a coffee shop.

User

Amazing service always. Gave me a hot coconut milk on the house. Staff are friendly and it has a lovely atmosphere! Has lots of Vegan options for food too! Love this place too much!

User

Absolutely love this place I always stop here for dinner when I travel to Liverpool shopping, we always have a pleasant visit the food is so delicious and outstanding, and we came in on Thursday and the staff were rushed off there feet, I asked a young lad with glasses to heat up my little boys food, and he did so and very quickly even though he prob was under pressure serving lattes, coffees etc, nothing was too much, thanks to him, there was another chap on the phone ordering more food in the kitchen as all the food was coming in as fast as it was getting bought, everything in that place is clean and tidy the fella changed the bins frequently and made sure everything was all ok for the next person, this is what I call a friendly, happy staff can't do enough for you place I recommend this place to anyone even the queen, well done all of you and the blonde girl on the till she was working fast you never have to wait long either, will always be coming back the food is to die for and so much selection xxxx Thankyou again Ali very happy customer

The staff were super friendly, helpful & very knowledgable when I asked for the vegan options available. We had the vegan chilli soup and vegan Christmas special sandwich, both were delicious. Only reason for 4* was lack of seating it was busy and we had nowhere to sit.....however in the end broke the british rule of private eating & sat with another customer at his table, also had a great conversation with him over lunch. It’s good to talk, maybe less seats is the way forward to making us mingle more!

User

Mmmm cakes where lovely coffee was lovely too nice relaxed atmosphere only thing that spoilt it the the girl that severed us wasn't that nice oh she wasn't rude but a nice smile would off been nice

User

Love the food. Rarely sit in due to limited/dirty seating area. But alas nothing’s perfect - except every pret outside the city particularly London! Go figure....

User

Hello. I went to Pret here today and stupidly had my phone swiped. The staff were very helpful but I am still on the look for it. If anyone happens to have seen a Samsung Galxey S4 Mini with a picture of a sunset as the screen saver and a girl wearing a backpack as the home screen, please let me know as there is a lot of sentimental things on the phone! Thank you

User

Disapointed that half of the tables and chairs have been removed ! add to that the outside enclosure size has been reduced ,Yes its been my favourite cafe since it opened ,but the last couple of vists due to no seating available ive gone elsewhere .

User

Well v disappointed with this shop today. The toilets & baby change are upstairs but there is no lift so my choices were to try & carry pram, baby & shopping bags up the stairs, leave pram & all my stuff unattended while i go up with baby OR worst of all leave her in a dirty nappy. . . . . . Nice. I asked for a high chair & was told "there are some upstairs" by a member of staff & when i pointed out gettin up there was impossible he told me i could carry it down - no offer of help. I asked him where customers in wheel chairs go to use toilet & they shrugged. I wont b goin there again !!!! I didnt think u could do that legally but hey ho!

User

I come here alot because I love the food , the coffee and staff .... always give it a 5 but today the "unisex " toilets were filthy... notified a member of staff who looked at me like " how dare you " come on Pret you need to be checking the toilets at least once an hour !!! Very disappointed undeed !!!

User

Went for a coffee all was going well till I went to go to the ladies a male was buy the door with a member of staff.. Staff member left and male was still buy the unisex toilets?... Miss you can go in I was just having a wash I'm on the streets... The toilet was disgusting it smelt terrible... When I finished I came back out and he was still by the toilets.... Miss got any spare change and he was blocking my way out..... Absolutely disgusting...

User

Really disappointed...

Miserable girl behind the counter, no smiles or manners...

Dry Victoria sponge cake, lukewarm 'hot chocolate' really bitter!!!... Awful mocha... The can of 'sparkling' apple was not sparkling...

On the up side, the raisin pastry was nice and the Coca Cola was cold...

User

I needed to use the disabled toilet due to my wheelchair and was told not only do they not have a disabled toilet but infact they did have one but began using it as a storeroom due to issues with "tramps" as they put it using the space. Seems like they could have just put a lock on the door that could be opened with a Radar Key that most disabled people have but instead this store and by extension Pret A Manger sends the very clear message that they believe disabled people do not have the same right to go to the toilet as everyone else.
