I went into your coffee shop today, and ordered a flat white Americano, i was blown away when the cashier said that it was on them. It really made my day. I have told everyone and looked up online, and saw that staff can give free drinks to people they feel like. What an awesome marketing ploy. Thanks guys 😁🖒☕

Had a lovely lunch from pret today, whilst paying my children could see the yummy pastries in the cabinet, they asked if they could have one as they looked delicious. To our astonishment the server asked if it was ok with us to let the children pick one each free of charge! They were delighted and so pleased with the gesture! What great service and a surprise treat for my boys. Well done Pret!!!

Good selection. I know it is the healthy option but one of our grandchildren does not eat brown bread so we struggled to find something for her. The rest of us were happy.

All okay...except for the Asian guy unloading the oven with his long hair straggled over his face and shaking it over the stuff he's getting out of the oven.I think he should have it tied back or wear a hairnet as if my wife had found a black hair over her breakfast I would have been annoyed..!

Coffee drinkable sandwich gross! Smoked salmon and nothing salmon didn’t have a nice taste had to add crisps to give it a boost!!!
