love the coffee and all the food....great crisps....quick service...in a great area of Norwich.

Well I go about 3 times a week,some of friends go in,peter is one,staff very nice and helpful,have nice coffee and a butter croissant,read paper,makes my day.

The customer service was second to none! Lovely coffee and pastries, very fresh and very tasty. We will definitely return for future refreshments.

Thanks for looking after my lost shopping bag. I called them to ask if they had had a bag handed in and they had and said I could go in and collect it, unfortunately when I returned to the store they couldn’t find it so I left my contact details. Got home and they rang me to said it had been found and were very sorry but to come back again to collect it. I am very grateful that it was handed in and looked after, I was even offered tea or coffee., very kind. Their posh cheese & roasted tomato roll is delicious. Thanks Pret

Great food, friendly staff!! When i spilled my coffee everywhere they made we another one free of charge and were so kind, my goats cheese and roasted beetroot roll was lovely! I thoroughly recommend!

Good good, good service, but people smoking when its prohibit and the staff do nothing really pisses me off

Always been a fan of Pret’s variety of food and drink and the delicious flavour combinations and all of the veggie and vegan options, have you considered making one of the two Norwich Pret’s into a Veggie Pret?!� would be really great to see as the plant based people of Norwich are growing in numbers. A good vegan selection for a light tea and they put the Earl Grey tea bag on the side so it wasn't strong!

Good espresso, good service. Not all that quick, as they only had one coffee machine in operation, but OK. And papers downstairs, but not upstairs.

Lovely coffee.....but what is it with the paper cups even when drinking in ... thought everyone's trying to protect our environment !!!!!

I came in on Monday I asked a member of staff if I could have a salad made up without the cheese I have a dairy allergy and she was so rude about it she done it finally but told me I couldn't have it done again I also have other allergies and there was nothing else I could eat I was made to feel bad for asking it's not my fault I have allergies

Good salads, but no gf wraps or sandwiches, just the usual very sugary Brownies and other cake items. Coffee is good though.

Better choice of food than there used to be I never could eat there as only ever had sandwiches with mayo in ! Lovely chicken flat bread just could've done with a plat and cutlery ! 🙄
