It's like a Pret anywhere in the country. All good, tasty food, a bit pricey for everyday use but nice for a treat.

I loved and recommended Pret for their customer services... until today.

I went in specifically to finish a few work emails. I asked if the WiFi was working. Got my drink. Sat down got my laptop out only to find out that the WiFi hasn't been working for days and the worker who initially told me is working gives me attitude and tries to lie to my face. He was so patronising and dismissive. Really not what I expected from Pret.

Massive waste of my time and of the drink since I had to go for another place with working Wi-Fi.

Really annoyed.

Well you lost a loyal long term customer today so well done boys!
