I have been in there.I don't like people who managed this.

Had a great welcome from the counter staff and the food was hot, fresh and tasty. Just what was needed. Nice and clean public areas, tables were cleaned very quickly after customers left and it had a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you :)

From the first day we found Pret on 127 Queensway Road it was a blessing. The Chai Lattes spot on, food fabulous & the service superb. The Portuguese guy friendly & up for a chat even giving us a card for 2 free lunches for when we got to Paris. Totally recommend

Why are u guys so stingy with the napkins? Do you really think customers will start stealing or abusing them if you let people self serve???



I mean from starbucks to caffee nero, burger king etc all give them.away for free... Why are you guys soooo chaep? Or you prefer clients stay dirty?
