With multiple food allergies you're the first place I could have a proper lunch with soup, dessert and a coffee. Thank you for extending your food range!

There is a lady working here with a long blonde plait who sounds happier than reasonably possible first thing on a Saturday morning. I actually stuttered because I was greeted so enthusiastically. The discussions that followed while the most perfect coconut latte was being made for me were hilarious.



Since sitting down 10 minutes ago at least 4 people have greeted her like an old friend with raised voices, big smiles and laughs. Half of all the customers that arrived had orders she knew by heart. Almost everyone has gone away from the til laughing and all have gone smiling. There is a little old lady sitting alone who looked sad a minute ago but is now chuckling to herself at something the other lady who works here said when she brought her order. Everyone is so happy. I hope Pret knows how lucky it is to have these ladies.



This is the loveliest cafe. The coconut latte is fabulous too!

Tempted in by the filter coffee and mince pie offer advertised on the board outside. So glad I did! Gorgeous coffee and the tastiest mince pie ever �

Simply the best

My daughter and I visited on Wednesday 22 Feb and enjoyed coffee and a snack . The staff were absolutely wonderful v friendly and helpful . During our visit an elderly man was given a little Victoria sponge with a candle for his 85th birthday . Some of the staff sang happy birthday to him . He was obviously a regular and they showed such kindness it was really touching 💕You must be very proud of your staff .

John and Izabelle lovely friendly people. Always knows our friends orders. So welcoming... come in and be made to feel at home.

I love everything Pret do, especially the Pot of Beans. My only gripe is the lack of recycling.

Always lovely. And give their left over food to the homeless.

Good customer service and peaceful place in the middle of town .

There were no gluten free sandwiches, only salads!

I was waiting all morning for my ham hock mac and cheese only to get back to work to find not a single piece of ham in it. Very disappointed pret!!
