What a fab surprise today...Stefania you made my day... my lunch was given to me free...when I asked why she said “just to make my day better” � Thank you, you certainly did �

Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the guy who served me but he noticed the guy behind me had decided to push in front and he was very apologetic about the whole situation. None of it being his fault he decided to give me a discount to make up for it. A great service from a lovely person!

Thank you to the member of staff (I think his name was Zawdie) who not only gave me a cappuccino on the house this morning, but then also chased me through the station to give me my bag I'd stupidly forgotten at the till! Thank you for going above and beyond! �

Hey what fabulous service! Am in my 70s, been in London all day to meet chums and see some of my work in a new exhibition at the Mall Galleries, returning to Rutland from St Pancras with one flat iPhone ...and my walking stick. Asked if anywhere to recharge phone - and immediately manager moved all his paperwork and got me seated, lovely girl brought me a great Americano and announced I needed a “ naughty” - so carrot cake arrived. Offered to pay - and told “ ITS aPRESSIE!!!!!” Just how very smiley making is that????

Having a bit of a rubbish day with my train being cancelled. Treated myself to a delicious Pret’s Hot Ham Hock pasta dish. It was lovely on this cold day. Purchased my meal from the loveliest member of staff who bought me a coffee. Thank you so much for changing the course of my day! �

Fantastic staff and the best green tea ever!!

Amazing service today. I had to wait an extra 2 mins for my coffee as they were experiencing a few issues, got a free cookie for my trouble! Now that's service! Thanks

Very disappointed that there was no facility to fill a water bottle! Every other company I have used has been able to fill my water bottle! Shame on you for not having this facility, apparently even staff don’t have access to drinking water which makes the whole this more appalling �

So so so disappointed today /tonight... I'm a regular customer and often buy almond croissant and lunch from pret at least 3 or 4 times a week. Tonight I was denied an almond croissant on my way home from work Xmas party simply because pret were closed for 10mins while they were cashing up or restacking in St Pancras Station. I pleaded with the staff that my train was leaving in a few minutes and simply wanted a croissant to eat on the train home. I even had the exact money as I'm a regular customer I knew the price. The staff member started packing me a croissant but the manager insisted they were closed and did not let me purchase the item. I left hungry, running for the train which I just made. What a shame and for what? Protocol? What happened to simple humanity? #hungryandontrainhomethankspret

Really disappointed. Have had the chickpea and mango sandwich countless times but yesterday it was awful. Bread stale and some black mouldy lumps inside which I can only imagine were decomposing fresh coriander. This was from St Pancras International Station London at 9.20 ish yesterday morning. UGH!

One of your employees just asked me to expose a tattoo on my upper arm in order to get the two cookies I asked for for free. I told him I'd rather pay. Perhaps you could mention to your staff when allowing them to give stuff away for free that asking women to expose their bodies in order to get it is pretty effed up.

I am a regular Pret customer and visit your stores on an almost daily basis. First time at St P though and I was shocked at the appalling customer service, which is unusual for Pret.



Despite four staff in attendance and no queue I waited several minutes for sevice. Then one of your staff served someone behind me. After politely pointing out the obvious she just shrugged and kept serving him.



I spoke to the manager on shift who seemed vaguely interested but I could tell wasn't going to do anything about it.



Really really disappointed and has put me off visiting Pret in future!
