Started Saturday with a great cup of coffee! I wasn’t expect that!! Made my day, thanks!

Overall i really enjoy the consistently good coffee made here and Prets approach to promoting the use of Reusable Cups is fantastic and deserves a lot of credit. The Staff are really friendly and i even received a free coffee today for using my KeepCup. A great advert for champion social responsibility for our environment. Keep up the great work!

I had to stop in and breastfeed my baby daughter whilst buying a sandwich for my eldest. A lovely lady who served us by the name of Justine brought me over a free mocha, I asked why, and she said because she had seen me feeding � thank you Pret (& Justine!) for supporting breastfeeding and making nursing mothers feel so welcome! Amazing!

Had The Macaroni Cheese. Delicious!! Well Done Pret 5 Star Service.

Give away day��� I was so happy after very friendly conversation with cashier Jagoda she told me my lunch today in on the house. ���i will enjoy my lunch today so much. Big thank you to all team to be so toughtfu about customers.

Not disabled friendly! Went to Stratford store disabled dad needed to go toilet before he made his choice on what to have the lady at the counter said for customers only..we explained he needed to go toilet first and she gave us the key to the door but not the code to get through first door. Also tables and chairs don't leave a path to push wheelchair through. Needless to say left to find somewhere more disabled friendly

I'm a regular guest in your Pret, every single morning, 5 days a week. Today in morning i had a problem with one of you employes. Every time i buy the fruit ( peach or strawberries), and today the one that i buy was looking really bad.( i have picture,but i cant attached here) I went really polite to one of your employes and ask her to have a look at the strawberries because they look really bad and if she could give me instead of the money back or to complain, a small orange juice instead, in the same money.

She started screaming at me, we are not charity and i want something else to buy. I say ok...and ask for the manager. She told me the manager is busy in the back kitchen and that it.

I'm really really shoked... i work in hospitality also and i never talk like this to guest... I hope someone anser to my email....

Come on Pret. Normally you're great but today to cheer myself up on a wet Monday morning bought the Avocado & crayfish salad. Avocado was rock solid & totally inedible. If the avocados aren't even half ripe - don't try to sell them. grr.

Bought a vegetarian toasted tortilla but after eating several mouthfuls I then realised it was chicken. No customer service or even much of an apology even though I was the second person to complain about it.
