We visited after a period of time away. We were greeted like long lost friends. Made to feel so welcome, great service as usual and lovely food.

Very busy but the food was still lovely and the chefs seemed to enjoy what they do which is nice to see. Waiting staff as friendly as they can be whilst rushed off their feet

I must say one of the best Prezzo’s we’ve been too. Lovely and spacious with a conservatory, garden & pizza oven. Tasty meal as always and the staff very chatty & friendly �

Always lovely service and fab food! Been going on and off for years...always took my boys as youngsters and now theyre grown up and gone, I still go with friends!

A really nice Prezzo in the old post office building. Great pizza and with the voucher offers its a decent price.

Wonderful staff and nice food. Relaxed atmosphere in comfortable surroundings.Also a great place to take children.

Sunday 5.30 meal with young family. All ok until we were left waiting for dessert menus and then half an hour before we were finely able to get waiter's attention ( ignored by an earlier waiter). Only wanted ice creams for the boys. It got so late for the boys that we felt we had no time for desserts and just wanted our bill. No apology except a shrug to say it was very busy ( it was not). No money off kids meals which included 3 courses of which they had two. So disappointing as this is a pleasant restaurant with fairly good food. SERVICE NON EXISTENT.

Prezzo tring always understaffed, doesn't matter how busy it is they never have enough staff which means you wait ages for everything. Children's starters arrived before drinks, my wine was wrong but I couldn't even be bothered to correct them as the chance of ever getting it before my meal would be slim. It never wows which is a shame

Unusually below par.

Although not busy, waited overly long for attention after being shown to the table. (Would have expected to be asked for the drink order almost immediately). Asked for drinks & food order same time. Drinks came with some over the table - he seemed rushed & when the food came (after a wait!), some of the Parmesan sprinkle ended up in a lap, the application again being rushed.

Ultimately the food was good & as we had a discount code we didn't feel like complaining but probably would think twice before going again.

Good meal, good service but rather spoilt by it being so cold in the restaurant. It was an exceptionally cold night (snowing) but that is no excuse, should have cranked the heating up. Myself & several other customers sat with their coats round our shoulders for the whole evening. Would put me off coming again, especially if it were cold outside.

Too many poor experiences here with both food and service. Each time I give it another chance it just gets worse. Won't be coming back. Shame, as it's such a beautiful venue for a restaurant!
