This was about our fifth visit and we weren't disappointed. Although the restaurant was busy we were waited on and served in a timely manner. The food, service, and drinks are good and worth another visit.

Prezzo in London was very good. The gluten free food was amazing. My daughter ate every last bit

Our third visit to this branch of Prezzo and as before the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious...

Great food: quick, efficient and friendly service. A good location just off Trafalgar Square.

Not up to normal standards waiter got our order wrong but food was very good restaurant was very busy and noisy but we enjoyed our food and drinks.

A friendly welcome and the staff provided good service, offering bread while selecting what we wanted to eat and drink. The food was well presented and flavoursome. It was good to see the kitchen staff at work as well.

We have visited quite a few Prezzo's inc this one previously, normally good and service is great however 2 of us had the chargrilled chicken the sauce was cold and the "chargrill" was overpowering. No one came to ask during the meal but we told the waitress when she cleared the plates, a lady supervisor came to us and offered free desserts and apologised sorted we thought. We then had sticky toffee pudding again 2 were cold and no-one had been to check therefore when the male supervisor cleared our plates I bought it to his attention, oh my what a rude man I was told "well you've eaten it and we are busy" my friend asked who was the manager he said me and I told him he was letting his team down but he made no apology and continued to be rude when he came back with the bill he literally slat it on the table. It was genuinely meant to be constructive criticism so they could rectify any future problems. I would visit another Prezzo but not sure I'd go back there, so sad that one man could do that.

The establishment was well presented and clean. The service was good, staff friendly and polite. The food was nice but nothing special. I had to wait a little while to get the attention of the staff for my bill even though it was quiet. It was slso clear that the chef and one of the barman were having 'words' as you could tell by their body language which wasnt appropriate as it was in full view of the restaurant. It was a nice evening overall.

Food was fine, staff were a little standoffish - especially when they said they didn’t accept voucher cloud offers.

Attentive staff and the food was nice but can't understand why they don't take any discount cards or codes. Should have gone to the one on St Martin in the Fields.

Worst meal & service I've had in London. The staff were obnoxious and completely oblivious to the customers and the concept of customer service apparently hasn't reached this outlet.

I had thought that this was a good idea to go to as I had had such terrific service and a fantastic meal at the Belfast restaurant but I was very sorely mistaken.

My chargrilled chicken was so burnt that it completely overpowered the rest of the dish. The fries were cold within 2mins of arriving at the table. Not to mention that the rest of the party was half finished before my main arrived.

The waitress could hardly understand what was being said to her and then she proceeded to place the dessert menu tight against the table candle even though it was clearly flickering high above the rim of the candle holder - maybe she was just trying to burn the place down.

We sat with empty glasses on the table, staff cleared them away but never once asked if we would like a refill or something else to drink.

I would definitely not be recommending this branch of Prezzo to anyone.

Rude staff got meal wrong food was cold would not recommend it

I visited this restaurant with a friend on Friday evening. Although there were plenty of free tables in the restaurant we were seated next to the fire exit door which looked out onto an area outside of Waterstones where homeless people took shelter.



During the course of our meal we were subjected to 7 instances of men coming up and urinating on or next to the door. We voiced our dissatisfaction to the waiting staff and to the Manager but no one seemed to be very bothered and shrugged it off because it always happens!



I do understand that restaurants have no due restriction on what happens outside of the windows, but why sit diners in full view of what is going in and at least be a little understanding of a diners complaint! I did suggest that maybe they could block out glass on door but was told it would block the view!



As I did not feel the restaurant itself took my complaint seriously I have written to Head Office and will update here on their response - if I get one!



If after reading this you do chose to visit this restaurant please ensure you are not seated near the fire exit or along the front window where you are subjected to this great view!
