This is the 1st time i have eaten at PREZZO Thame and i was very impressed with the whole experience the meal was fresh and well cooked service was brilliant thankyou it made a nice end to our 31st anniversary

A good place with a good food

It's a very nice place to eat, good food and friendly staff, but on a slight negative they seem to want to rush you in and out as quick as possible. I'm all for fast service, but a break between courses is nice. We barely get a chance to have a chat before we've finished and have paid the bill. Date night is over pretty quick.

I use Prezzo often for informal family meals and as that it’s perfect.. it gets busy but the balance is just about right for me and my children

I think they may need to invest in some crockery! Tea pot with no lid...& a cold coffee. Fast service as always & good kids meal.

Good food but slow service as it was very busy. Had to ask for things twice and waited with payment ready for about 15 minutes.

Food was delicious. Only thing that let it down was that our main course came too quick after our starter and the staff were staring at us, as if to say hurry up.

Drinks came after starter. Had to ask for cheese. And it was a quiet evening, so really no excuse.

Unfortunately we had to wait ages for food and then had to ask for the bits they had forgotten. We didn't bother with desert as we would probably still be there now! Not a good experience, which is a shame as we have previously had good food and service.

As Italian chains go, Prezzo is the best but the Thame branch sadly lets the side down. I've been there numerous times and the layout of the restaurant is poor, packed in like sardines and uninviting tables. We had to ask to see the set menus which you clearly advertise online. Food tasty but there was no gap between the starter and main. A 5-10 minute break would have been nice and once our plates were cleared we were just forgotten about. After 20 minutes we had to ask for the dessert menu.

Thame up your game! Amersham, Aylesbury and Milton Keynes restaurants far more inviting and food is bizarrely better.

All the starters ( bruschetta, garlic bread,... ) were just disguised pizza dough with toppings, and the pizza dough was dry like cardboard. Only plus is that they serve decent beer

This place just gets worse. Ordered a beef dish which came out with chicken on it, they took it back and the dish came back stone cold. I don't blame the staff as they are suppose to be lead and influenced by the management team. I change in management is needed and quickly. Too late for me I will not step foot in the place again and the same goes for other prezzos which I'm sure are better than this one.

The Prezzo in Thame is always crammed, it's uncomfortable, too hot then too cold when customers open the windows, difficult to navigate through the tables, the service is poor. The menu is pretty dull and needs a complete rework. I only agree to eat here as it is convenient for friends, it would not be my choice to return here.

Service wasn't good, my order was passed arrived missing the chicken then when it had been returned with the chicken added it also had a rogue strand of spaghetti within it. We were also harassed into paying the full service charge added to our bill and only when I confirmed that we did not have to pay their suggested amount and that we had already paid £12 over the actual bill as a tip that she backed down. Really wasn't what I expected from Prezzo - disappointed.
