Fabulous. Was treated by my daughters to a meal out for my birthday on 23rd Dec 2017. I had seabass, eldest daughter had risotto and youngest selected calzone. All meals were excellant, presented wonderfully and service was amazing. We all had dessert, I had cheese cake, one of the nicest I have ever tasted. xxx My coffee was strong and perfect. 10/10/ Thank you

We've always had a good meal at Prezzo. The kids' menus are great for our two with different sized appetites. Lots to choose from the menu to suit every taste. Service was good, although waitresses were sometimes difficult to understand. We did have to chase my husband's latte when it didn't arrive with my green tea but was resolved straight away.

We love Prezzo as a whole. Normally great food and even better it's on our tastecard. Little disappointed yesterday as our risotto wasn't cooked enough and left bits in our teeth. I always have this dish and never had issues before. Apart from that would recommend it.

Really enjoyed my three courses on Friday-mozzarella in breadcrumbs, goats cheese and beetroot salad and salted caramel artic slice. There were three of us, three courses and at least one drink each (appletiser and coke) and with our 30% of voucher it came to just over £60 ! Amazing!

Me and my partner went for the 1st time last night for dinner.

Very nice food. Lovely staff especially a lad with ginger hair, made us feel very welcome and had a great conversation.

I did notice tho a lady, who I presume was a manager as she was dressed in her own clothes roll her eyes as a couple came in wanting a table which I thought was unprofessional.

Other than that we shall return ��

I liked the restaurant. Staff and service very good. We asked for the new Fans menu which had a great selection and great price. Food was lovely �

Went to corby prezzo last night for a birthday meal with 4 other people. As soon as we arrived we were seated by a lovely waitress. Place looked lovely and very clean. However after feeling rushed to order our starters were dry and not very hot ( no check backs done on our table to see how we were). Soon after our mains arrived and to say the least presentation was great but taste was poor. Won’t be returning soon as for the price we payed we were totally dissatisfied!!

Went for an impromptu meal with my wife and it was overall very good except the pasta dishes (chicken & bacon ravioli and the lobster & crab tortellini) we're lacking in sauce and consequently very dry.

With a decent amount of the safron sauce as advertised, it would have been excellent and warranted a higher rating.

Not bad, but not amazing either �

Starter came out and looked amazing ... Meat platter ... No culinary skills required ... Bruschetta for me added as a starter was a let down for me as I am used to it warm... Hubby thought it was refreshing ... Main .. I ordered king prawn Rissotto and husband pizza ..... Rissotto was awful and to 'fishy' sounds bizzare as yes I know it was a seafood dish but this was overly smelly fishy... Hubby pizza was hardly any cheese with lots of cherry tomatoes and rocket leaves .... Big let down.... Pudding amazing (but no culinary skills either 'bought in' .... Over all huge let down ... Staff lovely but rushed off their feet ... A pint Peroni 5.99 and a glass of white wine 7.69!!

Risotto was very watery and not very flavoursome . Garlic bread was nice but dessert was very bland . Used to be one of my favourites but gone down hill since the new menu . However nice atmosphere and lovely staff

Disappointed with Prezzo last night. 2/3 meals were not great. Pizza over cooked to the point that you couldn't cut it and a pasta dish that was dry and luke warm. Waitress was miserable. Reason for giving a 3* was due to a very polite waiter, a newly cooked pizza and an understanding manager. Will be a while before returning, sorry.

Slow, rude and ignorant.

Ordered a click and collect online for 7.15.

Arrived at 7.10 to be told 5/10 minutes, fine.

Waiting for 25 mins, being ignored by staff, I went At 7.40 to chase.

She came back with our food and dumped in on the table, no words. No apology, nothing. Not even a thank you or goodbye.



Leaving, I asked for a bag to take our dripping takeaway boxes in... I was told, we don't do that.



Opened the food to find 2 tiny pieces of garlic bread, and our pasta dried out on the top, and watery in the bottom.



Hurry, All this can be yours for a bargain price of £27. (Pictures in comments)



Would of given 1 star, but the pasta in the middle (between the dried out top and watery bottom) was quite nice.



Overall... Fail.

Prezzo has changed its menu recently and no longer offers the light options on pizza and pasta so if you're looking for a healthy option, it's now rather limiting. I had the steak and rocket salad. That's all I got pretty much. 5 thin slivers of steak and a huge pile of rocket! Very disappointed seeing as I have previously had a wonderful experience.

Only my second time at Prezzo and I can't say I was overly impressed. The selection of pizza is limited and not that interesting. My partner is vegetarian and was disappointed with the very limited choice for vegetarian's.

Service was slow, and the restaurant was not that busy, and to top off a not so great experience both of us have suffered with upset stomachs, all in all not the best experience :((

After many visits to other prezzo restaurants last night we were very let down sadly, after pre ordering for a works Christmas meal we were told the festive soup was not available but offered alternative that we then had to send back as cold, one of the festive main courses was also unavailable that we had pre ordered, the festive calzone was very disappointing, dry and mainly full of broccoli and new potatoes, lacked sauce, turkey and flavour. We waited over an hour for the starters and overall the whole evening was not what we were expecting especially for a festive staff party.

I understand it's a busy time of year but with the whole party pre ordering this shouldn't have happened

‪@love_prezzo Kettering we had a terrible meal for our daughter's 2nd birthday no effort made for her at all starters came out ok but we had booked at 5pm and was still waiting for our mains at 6.45! When they came they were all terrible dry and tasteless.‬

‪We still paid for drinks and starters and a main unsure why?still costing us £47.85 on reflection I wish we had just got up and left without paying a penny! Not great for a little girls 2nd birthday.‬

This is the first time I have done a post like this as I am not normally one to complain, however my experience at Kettering prezzo today has left me in shock. In all customer service jobs you will come across people who make your job difficult, however it's how you deal with the situation.. and the staff at Kettering prezzo completely failed at this today. A group of young boys were clearly giving the staff a hard time, they were quite rude and after complaining about their meals several times one of the boys was actually sick on the floor in the restaurant. This created a bit of a scene as everyone was quite taken back by it. After a short argument the group of boys then left leaving the sick on the floor for the staff to clear up. At this point we felt sorry for the staff as it became quite awkward as multiple tables had seen and were quite put off. However, the staff then left the sick on the floor and said nothing, while customers sitting on nearby tables looked uncomfortable eating their meals. After a short while my boyfriend mentioned to a waiter if it would be a good idea if they covered the sick as it has been left/avoided for over ten minutes. After another 5 minutes went by with still nothing being done, my boyfriend took it upon himself to ask the staff members (who it seemed were all hiding behind the bar) for some blue roll in which the manager handed to him rudely without saying a word. At this point my boyfriend had started to cover the sick while the staff continued to stand at the bar watching gormless. I don't understand how this is considered acceptable in any restaurant. Not only had they shied away from taking responsibility but they also had no problem in allowing another customer to then do their job for them. If this hadn't upset us enough already, we were then left unattended for over 20 minutes without a word being said by any staff member, we weren't offered a bill, received any kind of apology or explanation for what had occurred. Really shocked and disgusted in the way this was handled by the staff

Terrible terrible terrible Service. Don’t recommend to anyone. Today we came as a table of 11 to dead restaurant just for drinks and we have been told that we need to order at the bar because that is new rule while to another table next to us has been provided full service. There were 2 or 3 members of from house staff working on the shift. So we just left.
