The venue was busy with a full restaurant and staff running around like headless chickens. We were taken to our table and our order was taken.

The food came on time and was faultless. We felt as though we were the most important couple there. Staff couldn't be more attentive.

We Have eaten here several times and will continue to return. The location is perfect. Its a great location.

I have read the other reviews and I have to disagree with them. Someone wrote about the long time to get their food. Staff here work hard to get the food from grill to plate, fresh food takes time, its not McDonalds.

Place was fab, food was tasty staff fab, and nice guitar music playing above, felt like we were on holiday.

Lovely service and the food was great we just had to go to the bar to pay as the waiter didn't come back. Would go again as we really enjoyed it

First visit and I was very impressed. The food was very good and the staff were very friendly. I took my wife in there at three in the afternoon so it was not over crowded and the restaurant was very clean and relaxing, not too much to choose from on the menu but I prefer a smaller menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Prices very reasonable too, will definitely be going again

Ate here 3 times up to now & never had a bad meal. Service is very good and the food is delicious. Yesterday for Mother's Day I had the Mother's Day option, unlimited prrosecco & 3 course meal for £22 which was really good value. I ordered the sea bass for main which was really lovely. Recommended.

We arrived in a large group and the restaurant was very busy but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and despite a bit of wait time for our food it was very deserving of 4 stars

My husband & I decided at last minute to eat here even though the place was very busy (Sunday 4th June) they accommodated us our meals were lovely, we were warned there could be a 30 minute wait for our food, this was fine as we were wanting a drink anyway but we didn't have to wait at all I've been reading some of the reviews & can only judge on my visit & it was great we found the price very reasonable too, we'll definitely be visiting again.

My first time at this restaurant chain so wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised

Loved that there was a deal on 2 or 3 courses valid on a Saturday and both me and my friend ordered from this menu

I had the crab cakes and a goats cheese pizza, pizzas are huge! My friend has breaded mozzarella, salmon penne and the honeycomb cheesecake which she said were all delicious

My only negative was my crab cakes looked really small compared to my friends mozzarella, they were a small balls rather than cakes and I was finished a lot quicker than her but they tasted fine

Service was great. I had an issue with the quality control of my main meal and it was dealt with amazingly. I was asked "what can we do to make things better" but as I am not the type to ask for a freebie I just said I wasn't sure

When the bill came we had been deducted the price of one starter and one dessert as an apology

Everyone was lovely to us and very apologetic

Drinks were on the pricier side but that tends to be the case in these types of restaurants

I have eaten here many times with family and friends . 5 of us yesterday , children's 3 courses excellent value . All food of high standard (although my daughter thought her spaghetti was too wet). We were told there was a delay of 20 mins for food orders but it was fine. I agree every time I go the service is slow and I always have to ask to order extra drinks etc but I just keep asking. Used taste card which makes it great value for money

Enjoyed are food a lot. I had the burger and my husband had the calzone followed by chocolate fudge cake for myself but they had ran out of vanilla ice cream which would of been better then the chocolate ice cream my husband had the tirimasou which he enjoyed we will come again

The food was lovely, couldn’t fault it expect slightly on the expensive side I felt, however “some” of the staff I did find very rude. The young lad who served us was pleasant enough , however, a female staff member who I am guessing was management as she didn’t have a uniform was awful. She brought the food to us, without speaking, when I went to pay the bill she ignored me for several minutes then when she did allow me to pay there was no please, thank you etc. I found it all very rude. I never complain however, manners cost nothing and when you are working with the public are essential. My 7 year old son even commented! Such a shame as the food was lovely but in future I will be spending somewhere the staff are trained to use their manners!

Ordered mushroom starters at £6.95 and ended up with 4 button mushrooms. I have never had such a minute starter in any restaurant. The plate was packed out with the biggest portion of mayonnaise. Very disappointed and won't be going back.

Me and my sister came on Saturday, was very quiet when we arrived but had to wait 30mins to even be asked if we'd like drinks. Ordered our food which came around another 30minutes later for the chips to be cold and my nieces pasta to be very dry (like it had been reheated) was never asked how are meals was or if we wanted any other drinks when they could see our glasses was empty. Then we told the waitress about the issue who voided the £1 kids meal which we was grateful, but used the excuse as they was really busy (the place was empty) bar 3 other customers and only had 1 person in the kitchen on a Saturday. Then another lady came over who asked was everything okay so my sister raised the issue once again assuming she was higher than the waitress to be completely blanked and she just walked off. I wouldn't choose to return to this restaurant again.

2nd visit here... 1st was a disappointment when they'd first opened so thought we'd try again. Food was good but the service was slow. We constantly had to try and get peoples attention and chase up orders. The staff were busy. But surely, not enough staff for the amount of covers just means more staff need employing? Agree that this isn't fast food and takes time to prep. But it was a lot longer than what you'd expect from a restaurant. Drinks are also overpriced for what they are. Understand, this isnt this particular restaurants choice and the prices are determined by the chains management. But I know this would put some people off actually drinking here.

Waited over an hour for food, which came brunt and dry, staff looked like they hated every second of their job, poor customer service skills all round.. would not recommend to people.. will not be returning 🤧

Waited over an hour and a half for the waitress to come over and ask “are you ready to order” I told her we had ordered and we were waiting for our mains (she was the waitress that took our order) she said she meant dessert to which annoyed me and I told her we hadn’t even had our mains yet, so she went away and came back and told us she had forgotten to order our food. We had two very young children with us that had played and eaten and were extremely tired so we paid our bill of £56 which was expensive for only having two children’s pizzas, two coffees, a soft drink and three starters, all the while the manager was there and could clearly hear our conversation with the waitress, she just kept her head down and carried on writing on her pad and she didn’t even bother to come over and apologise or offer anything. I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant.

Very poor service... sat in the corridor next to the food order cold. We Had to ask if we could order our drinks/food 35 min .. starters arrived 30 minutes later, our mains came 50 minutes later cold ,1 main 15 minutes later when we had finished complaind.pudding were so small for the price. Staff need some training so does the MANAGER!!!! Will never go back Saturday 18th March

I’ve been to Prezo before but my experience on Christmas Eve was absolutely disgusting. I waited for 10 minutes while staff had clearly seen me. I understand that it can be busy on days like this but surely there should be enough time to acknowledge a customer especially when a restaurant is not even full!!! In addition when I was seated I specifically asked the waitress about the Christmas deal and what was included.! Unfortunately the waitress did not make it clear although she was specifically asked and hence I got a surprise at the end. When I asked her to clarify my bill which was by no means clear, the waitress was rude and very snobby. Unfortunately i would not recommend prezo to anyone. Absolutely disgrace of a restaurant!!!
