Great meal try the summer special

Sea bass , side order , drink and starter or sweet for £15.00 excellent value . Can recommend the bruschetta

The restaurant was empty so easy to choose where to sit. Food was excellent except a majority of the deserts were not available. The background music was loud and we did ask to have it turned down. Still loud. Staff were pleasant and attentive but unfortunately the place lacked charisma. Shame.

We use this restaurant on a regular basis when going to the Tivoli. We have never, before, had any issues.

On this occasion ,Friday 28th Sept, we had a table booked for 6-30pm. It took over half an hour for the starter to arrive.

Almost another half hour for our mains to arrive, by which point , the time was getting critical.

The mains was tepid at best and if time had allowed, we would have sent them back.

There was a mistake on the bill when it came to the table. We went to the main till point to get it corrected and was abruptly told to go back to my table and wait for a waiter to come for the payment.

I told the cashier to get it sorted immediately or I would leave in 5 minutes to go to the show at the Tivoli.

I am prepared to accept that was a one off disappointing visit after so many good ones but if this had been my first visit , it would probably have been my last

Staff disorganised, no pizza or garlic bread available when we got there just after 12 lunch time, had to ask for kids menus, ordered pastas, had to ask twice for kids drinks that we had ordered, asked for children's meals to be bought straight out but mains came with ours which we had ordered 10-15min later, will not be returning as this is the second poor visit we have had, will stick with the Ringwood Restaurant

Not impressed with many aspects of our visit. All that have been aired on here previously. Sad as many other branches we have visited have been brilliant.

I’m sure with better management and staff training things could improve to make it a great place to visit in such a lovely town that we love to stay in for all it has to offer visitors.

Where do I start! Arrived for my mums birthday to find that they couldn’t find our booking, told to wait while they served other people only to find the next 3 couples hadn’t been booked in either! Rude host, talked to us like rubbish. Then had to call someone over after 10 minutes just to order drinks as no one was around, starters took nearly an hour, they also forgot one of them. Mains took another half hour to arrive, one order was wrong, another had pasta that looked like it had been sat out for 10 minutes and the other pizza had a huge dark hair on it! We complained about the hair on the pizza, the waiter said nothing and just took it away. About 10 minutes later a lady came over and offered a free dessert or something else to eat but by that time we were put off with the horrible food. We also ordered one of the pizzas with extra mushrooms on, they weren’t on the pizza when it arrived so instead the waiter brought out a bowl of chopped raw mushrooms!! It was so loud and noisy in there with the booming music turned right up, we couldn’t even hear ourselves speak, the atmosphere was dreadful as people were shouting to hear each other like in a nightclub! I wish I had read the reviews on here before going, the Christchurch branch is a regular of ours as their service is fantastic, I will never go back to the Wimborne branch again and am disgusted that my Mums birthday meal has been ruined by their poor service and terrible food. AVOID!!!

We were a party of 15 celebrating a friends 50th birthday. Firstly when booked they promised a room on our own as a private party, we weren't there was another group of youngsters 10 ish people and it was very loud! Absolutely appalling service all night different waiters/waitresses couldn't understand most of what we were ordering. Orders wrong, came out at different times and missed orders completely. Food poor standard not. Poked well too much garlic. Very slow, got drinks wrong at every order. No glasses cleared all night. Didn't understand how to make an 'Irish' coffee this is so standard. No apologies for poor attention. Several of our party went to address all the problems and they did reduce the bill but the most disappointing part was it was meant to be memorable fir our special friend, instead it was memorable but for the wrong reasons. Never be going here again. The management need to pull there ideas up and train their staff.

Walked In No Hello just stared at, had to ask for a table even though the whole Resturant only had another 2 tables in ( 8 People ), seated, order drinks and food together as we knew what we wanted, waited waited 56 minutes later we asked the waiter why it was taking so long !! He went of to check came back and said they'd lost our order ( 2 Dishes ) !!! Can't believe there was 3 members of staff 10 customers in total and they lost our order !! Customer service is non existent !! 3rd bad experience in a Prezzo's never again !

Staff rude, waited 20 minutes for us to be seated after booking the reservation 3 weeks ago. Food took ages and when we finally got our coffees at the end of the night we were told by a member of staff we had 10 minutes to drink them as they were closing ( they even turned music and lights off) Would never go back and do not recommend!
