This was my first visit to Prezzo and both the food and service were terrific. I had ravioli with garlic bread on the side. Very tasty and a generous portion. Staff very friendly and attentive but not intrusive. Recommended!

Recieved an email for 50% off pastas pizzas and calazones so my daughter took me last night for my birthday and the food was amazing service was great not a fault what so ever . Just one minor moan ... the staff could do with smiling more and be a tad more chilled and friendly . Very regemented . Been a few times and always enjoyed it and the 50 % off was a nice bonus .Thankyou .

I love this restaurant and the manager is brilliant BUT the new menu is terrible- they've messed with the pizza sizes. Why can I not order a VIP pizza anymore. I want it as a tre gusti and the menu doesn't technically allow it. Rubbish. Also why eliminate the Cafe Aforgato- another massive mistake. I don't like the new menu at all.

Had a lovely evening last night at Prezzo. The soup start was lovely and my husband had the giant meatballs. We both went for the chicken calzone which was lovely and deserts we had the fudge cake and the artic slice.

Service was great and good times inbetween courses. Will be returning soon.

The food was lovely on our recent visit to the restaurant. Everything was so tasty and the variety on the menu was amazing. The pizza was rather large and far too much food for me. The service was a little slow at times considering the restaurant was quiet; however, staff were friendly and polite when they came to the table. My only suggestion would be the option of smaller portions or lighter bites.

Pre birthday dinner with old school friends and wives. Good service and good food up to the usual Prezzo standard, which all added to a great evening

Half decent Italian style eaterie much better than Bella Italia, Zizzzi's etc. best bit is that they recognise and accept Tastecard so thats aa bonus too

We thought the restaurant looked very lovely inside and out. Staff friendly. Food was ok, our starters were lovely, my husbands seabass was over cooked and on my salad there was too much dressing, so a little over powering! Would visit again though, we didn't complain as we had 2 very tired children with us and didn't have the time to wait for more food to be done, or to discuss a discount!

The food was very good, had pizza. Ordered a glass of Merlot which cost £7.50 🙈 and it wasn’t nice.

The most disappointing thing was we took our mum for her 92nd birthday, I informed them when I booked online but they didn’t even mention it

Received an email with an offer 3 courses for £13 so we tried it.

Got bruschetta and mozeralla bites to start which were very nice then we went for chicken and mushroom ravioli which was very bland. Desert we got cheesecake and chocolate fudge cake which were nice.

Would give 5 stars but the main just wasn't as good as it could of been.

Our son purchased us a Smashbox voucher for this restaurant..

We ordered Lou food , but no soup .. they had run out by 1 o clock.. My Pasta was tasteless, hardly any sauce, my wife had the Salad with chicken, the chicken was extremely dry...

Would we come here again... certainly not, I'm sorry to say..

Food is average, very bland and boring. Service leaves alot to be desired. Not only did our waitress tell us that the bolognaise sauce does not contain meat (when it does), we received another tables bill!

Been here before but this time was disappointed. Food was bland but on a plus side the staff were very friendly. Food came quickly which was useful as we were going to the theatre. Don’t think I would go again unless food improves.

Went in last night to Salford quays restaurant with some friends. Disaster from the start. The restaurant was dead but was asked by the manager if we had made a booking we said no. Asked to take a seat would be 3 mins. Ordered a coke and it was flat as so asked if they could change it and they replaced it with an even flatter coke. My friend had garlic bread with cheese which was tasteless and had no garlic on top so he complained to manager and he stormed off and return with melted butter and bits of garlic in a tiny plate. No sorry , no was everything ok. Mains were actually quite nice for all of us especially the cabonara. Got the bill and the manager came over again. Asked him how much it was for mine he grunted at me to look at receipt. I almost snapped with him but didn't want to show him up. He had such a stinking attitude which myself and my friends noticed. Was so unprofessional and so didn't want to be in his job , why be there ? Emailed a complaint to fb messenger and no ones bothered to reply. I'll never step into that restaurant again it was appalling the worst £70 all of us spent. No tip given like I usually do as such terrible service. Sort it out and more importantly sorted the manager he is giving your company a bad reputation. He didn't smile and looked so miserable

We visited for our anniversary last night and it was appauling. Seated in the coldest spot with air con above sadly which can't be helped if busy but we had booked. On the booking I asked for a particular seating area and gave plenty of notice too to no avail. Our drink order was incorrect- easy mistake so let it slide. The starters took forever to arrive and were wrong. Corrected but delayed main. Mains arrived and one was completely incorrect. Sat waiting 20 mins for my husband's meal. I didn't want to eat alone so asked it to be sent back and for both to arrive together. More delay. In the end after waiting again we decided to leave. It was just awful through and through sadly. The head waitress sorted the bill and removed everything but one drink and one starter but still dampened the occasion and evening. By the time we left after all the long waiting and delays it was too late to go elsewhere. Great anniversary meal- Not!

Won't rush back sadly. Hope everyone else has a better experience and we were just very unlucky ��

Very disappointing, asked for table for 5 people we were left waiting in the door but looking at all the empty tables thought we would be seated quite quickly as it was also 2pm. The staff member returns after talking with someone in a chef's outfit to say that we could wait in but we wouldn't be served for at least an hour. It would apear that there was no cooking staff but over run with waiting staff. We were made us feel unwelcome and in the way so popped over to the harvester. The service here was very good along with the food and price.

Their services from the waitress and the manager on that day (1st April 2017) are absolutely awful. I ordered a dark chocolate but white chocolate. When I mentioned wrong order, they just took the white Hot chocolate and add few chocolate powder then claimed it was hot dark chocolate. It was absolutely different as I had there before. While paying the bill, I chatted with my friends that the service previously was good and wasn't that bad at all. Then the manager said to us that that was services like that now. How brave the manager said out it was bad services there now. And it made me now it is bad services now and it is you coming here for bad services.

I highly suggested not go there again until that manager and waitress changed. �

Really bad experience. Booked a table for 6pm, requested to sit outside. Was greeted by the waitress who told us someone was leaving at 6pm for us to sit down. Waited fifteen minutes and nothing apart from a 'Move, I need to get through' from another waitress walking past us... Offered a seat inside, so we agreed to sit inside and nobody served us. After 10 more minutes we decided to leave. Such a shame as we live over the road and go often. Won't be going again.

I left an amazing review of this place in April but today's experience was awful! The food was bland and completely unflavoured, the chef has changed so I knew it wasn't just me as the same dish tasted totally different to last time I had it, host Casha? was totally rude and condescending and seemed to look down on me because I came in with my 18month old daughter, every question was answered with 1 word and no eye contact she didn't follow up on anything and scowled when I asked for a glass of COLD water for my baby!



I decided to be honest and mention this rude customer service while paying for my bill in full and her response was that when I asked a question I then had to momentarily run after my daughter so she didn't ever come over to answer which ice creams they have!? As if the fact that I was busy with my child negates me of any need for service. Actually really annoyed that I paid for this treatment and tasteless food....
