A big thank you to Prezzo for last Sunday - we had booked for five, increased it to six early in the day and then by the time we got there, we were a group of twelve! The restaurant was extremely busy but the Manageress(?) with the minimum of fuss managed to swap tables around and accommodate us. Well done. We had a very enjoyable evening. A big thank you to you and all your lovely staff.

Food didn't enjoy! Ordered chicken & asparagus I got chicken & broccoli then got the burger greasy! Sevice was good � & given us coffee � on the house...

We went here for a family birthday meal and the whole service was awful.

Firstly we ordered main course and whilst these was coming to the table, my partner at to ask twice for hers, adventurely it arrived with no apologies and we had finished ours whilst my partner was starting hers, not great table service.

Plus the communication between us and staff was not the best in fact awful.

The quantity of food for the price was too expensive, in fact the bill in and too much with a service charge that should be at the customers own choice not compulsory .

Not a place to go again? Very disappointed.

Probably the most unhelpful waitress I've ever come across. Eight of us went for a birthday meal (2 families) asked for 2 separate bills and the waitress flatly refused. Did for some reason split the bill for food and drink???? We were then told that we could not pay in one had to pay for the drink and food separately?!?! Total confusion reigned with cash and cards going backwards and forwards which spoiled the whole meal! Thanks Prezzo!

Party of five with a booking on a quiet Saturday afternoon, had to wait 10 minutes at door before we were acknowledged, had to chase drink order three times, and an hour and a half after arriving, our mains were still on the table uncollected. Ended up paying at the bar and taking the kids to the sweet shop instead of waiting another hour for desserts. Nice food but not worth putting up with the awful service, never again.

Over priced and under portioned, nice staff tho but won't be going back and certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Worse service I've ever had.

We had to get our own menus waited ages for drinks. Starter came quick but when mains came there was only 3 and had to wait 10 mins for the other one without an explanation why or an apology. Restaurant was empty so we couldn't understand the service.

Really not happy and didn't leave a tip ( which I hate)

Will not be returning
