prezzo woodford Green is a large very clean restaurant with lovely friendly staff and great food .Been going eith my fam for many years and never had a bad experience

Good service and food. They managed to cater for a table of 8 and were happy to allow us to decorate it for my fathers birthday and set aside a separate table for his cake.



All the staff looked after us well and we enjoyed the food.

For a busy Mother's Day the team did a fabulous job. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic and such great value for money. In addition, I was one happy mum as my glass of prosecco was requently topped up! Lovely idea to have unlimited glass of prosecco for mums on Mother's Day. Many thanks xx

Food was terrific as usual , staff are very nice and premises very clean. Best Prezzos ever been to going back on Thursday lunch time.

A lovey evening with the family. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating.

Very accommodating in amending my pasta main as I don't eat meat. Lovely staff also.

Food and service were good. The toilet was quite dirty though 😬

We are regulars at Prezzo and we enjoy the menu and the efficiency of the staff. Sometimes though this efficiency can be annoying. Last night we were asked at least 5 times " are you ready to order ". It makes us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Maybe if you adopted the approach " just let us know as soon as you are ready to order", it would make a nice change. We know you are probably told by management to get people in, served and out in record time for the next lot to take their place but it's not nice for us and it's not fair. We don't want to go out and ish good money to eat and be back home within the hour.

Food is heated up as my bosses pasta was warm and had to be reheated

Had a bottle of wine

3 Mains , pitta houmous ,

And a desert bill was over £80

So wouldn't be rushing back

Meal was good when it arrived. Service was very slow.

Food was fine but no sooner had I started eating my starter then the waitress brought the mains and "don't worry- no need to rush" well dur I kinda have to as you're shoving my plate out of the way �

Food was cold, no taste and not enough sauce, there was 8 of us and we all said the same

Cuisine a la ding (that is, everything just reheated in a microwave). Seriously question competence of cleaners after looking at the back of the toilet cubicle door. Hope they clean the kitchen more thoroughly. Front of house staff very friendly and appropriately attentive. Unlikely to return.

I would stay will clear of prezzo this fathers day. took my mum and dad for mothers day and we had such disappointing afternoon, I contacted them about my afternoon and was promised a response but they did not even have the courtesy to respond to me.
