Went out for dinner with work mates and the food was brilliant. Sadly couldnt eat all my pasta because im rubbish with spicey food but the dessert was the best 😋

We had a lovely meal with some special friends. Food was absolutely lovely. Waitresses were very polite. Busy night but still didnt wait long for our food. Great place to eat.

Very nice staff, food was very good and so was the service.

My first time at Prezzo will be returning soon.

The new refurbishment is definitely an exciting improvement, it looks fresh and spacious too! As usual the food is only of the highest quality, comes quickly and the waitresses are very friendly and polite. Would recommend to all!

Myself & my boyfriend went to Prezzo for the first time and decided to use the weekend offer. The waitresses were very very friendly. We asked for our pasta without bacon but when it arrived it had bacon in it - as soon as I mentioned this to the waitress she apologised straight away and said it's no problem to get it changed. Within a few minutes our dishes returned with the pasta exactly how we wanted it. The food was very tasty and such good value for money and Very good service. Will definatley be returning. 😊

Lovely food, drink and environment. Very welcoming and friendly service. Superb value with the children eating for £1 from a tasty children's menu.

Had a lovely evening food was excellent service not so good one meal very slow being served and I had to ask where one of the desserts were

Booked a table for 3 on a Friday night, this night was the first time I have seen this place so busy. Fair play to the waitress and the chefs, they all kept up together very good. Didn't wait any longer then 20 mins tops. Although everyone was under pressure everyone kept a smile on there faces spoke to you very politely also made sure everything was all ok for your food and drinks. Will book again no hasitation.

A family meal to celebrate our two granddaughters going to university and us being together for 50 years !

A nice table for 6 , great food and excellent service and very good value (50% off mains )

2nd visit...staff are great and fast service .....only fault ...went to loo ....its was dirty covered in rust ..and un cleaned...but this is not a staff problem but higher above..needs a update in this area

I booked a table for 7.45pm yesterday. I expected it to be busy as it was a Friday, however we got asked to wait at the bar for a table, yet we could see at least 2 tables for 2 without anyone sat at them! We reminded them that we had actually booked, and we were quickly shown to our seat. We then also had to remind them we were having the weekend menu. Usually we don't have a problem with Prezzo, I think last night it was a mix of very busy and perhaps under-staffed! When we went 2 weeks ago, we had a lovely meal and then staff were great! Thank you!

Food ok but have to been honest not outstanding , Service was good however i would say a little rushed between courses price of drinks half a pint of IPA £5.60 most robberies are done with a mask on i wouldnt bother again for £72 id sooner have good old english grub to be fare with a couple of good pints and pay good money for it and have plenty of change for a few more not my cup of tea not that good for that money thats for sure and im not tight

Saturday night at Eastleigh branch. Had a voucher so had a pre cinema meal. Waitress friendly and helpful. Food ok but mine was luke warm so had to send it back. Waitress did sort it and give me fresh hotter one and new chips but hubby has finished his meal before mine arrived. Really gone downhill in there, had the same thing happen on a previous occasion too. Not keen to return to be honest.

My chicken was over cooked & dry

Was served with cold cauliflower & broccoli they brought me new veg out steaming but still cold stalks

But the girl did offer to replace it I was fed up could not be bothered to wait again she took it off the bill but I wanted a nice meal as it had been a long day then to top it off my sticky toffee pudding came out over cooked obviously in microwave as it was like cardboard at the bottom this was only yesterday & I have to admit it was the 1st time I have had a bad experience in Prezzo’s the other 4 with me had no problems with there orders

First time visit. Potions too small for my starter. My V I pizza, even worse. Had a dotting of toppings. Left feeling hungry! Considering the price and reputation very let down. Would rather go to Bella Italia. I wouldn't go again. However, my wife enjoyed her food.

First time at Prezzo, slightly disappointed. They had ran out of the starter I ordered, but didn't inform me until they served up everyones starter... I ordered an alternative but this then meant I was eating while everybody else had finished and was waiting for me so they could have their main!!! My main of spicy prawn penne was tasty enough but I was slightly underwhelmed to only have 3 prawns in the whole dish. Overall the food was average and the service seemed chaotic with lack of communication between the staff.

Terrible food at Eastleigh branch. My sons pasta wasn't cooked, my salad was frozen and bland. I complained about Ice being inside my salad and the lady told me that they prepare it and put it in the fridge the day before (not a fresh salad then) really awful and staff are ignorant. Won't be going there again.
