We had lovely meal food was piping hot and tasty and service was great

Staff was friendly and food very good. Lunch time is not a busy time so we didn't have to wait for the food.

Been here twice. Food has been pretty good both times. The n'duja pasta was pretty spicy so be careful :D but the other dishes were nice.

Visited yesterday for my sons birthday and graduation. Free drink for the birthday boy so that was nice. On booking we specified a quiet area for our autistic child but were seated in the middle of the restaurant and it was quite noisy. Luckily the fire from the oven kept him distracted and he coped well.

Service was very good, not overkill but attentive. Asked for lactose free menu and hubby was brought a bundle of sheets with a chart. He found this difficult to dechiper as he has MS and was confused by all the sheets and coding. Maybe a list of dishes that are lactose free would be shorter and better?

Meals were delicious although the prawn rissotto as one of the more pricey dishes, was very small. Overall it was a lovely meal and enjoyable.

Nicely decorated clean restaurant with friendly staff and good service. Food always yummy and fresh. Will definitely go again.

Good food

Not the same consistency of food in the plates, we ordered the same dishes and some had less/more food than others.

Poor customer service, had to call a different waitress all night for service.

Food tasted delicious but presentation sadly lacking 😞 You first eat with your eyes guys!

Second visit it's so understaffed that you feel exhausted on their behalf! And who serves Soave warm?

No staff had to wait 25 mins to place the order... Dessert but no cutlery another 5mins wait � not impressed �

It was terrible.I ordered a dish and was asked if we would like sides, we said fries and when the waiter brought the food it had just a chicken breast although in the menu it said served with spaghetti.when we asked the waiter she said they replaced it with the fries and it cost £13 for a chicken breast. Complete joke! She said the menu was incorrect. Why would you not make this clear when ordering instead of messing up the night. On top of that her English was not the best making it hard to understand what she was saying when we asked why there wasn't spaghetti. Will not be going back her again.

I was very disappointed with my experience. First the food took very long to come. Well over 35mins. And the restaurant was not too busy. People who came afterwards got served first also.



When the food arrived it was very bad. My food was burnt and not very nice. My wife did say to send it back but i didnt want to cause a fuss.



Overall it was disappointing. This was suppose be a lovely lunch for a rare husband and wife time. Lucky I had the 40% main vouchers.

I came today and asked a lady there if the voucher codes offer of 'kids eat for £1' was valid today and she outright told me no! Only to see that it is valid 7 days a week!!! All your staff need to be in the know about things or if they are unsure, ask another colleague.

Bim is a great waiter! Always very attentive and helpful but disappointed I spent more than I needed too for staff not being certain about vouchers!

The service is really bad and staff are unfriendly and the manager does not know what's going on.

One evening I waited 35mins extra for my pasta while the rest of my friends had received their food. My pasta was sitting on the side. What did the manage do nothing. On top of all that they reheated my pasta and it was aweful.

Yesterday lunch time I ordered the canzola for started they were zoggi and the cheese was hard around the sides.

Bad experiences!

My salad came with no tomato .. that's just that start .

All I can say is I will never go back there my friends last night from L.A and it was s disaster staff couldn't careless .

I'm sure this place will not b open for to much longer .

I got better service in McDonald's opposite after to get a burger.

I would never go to Prezzo ever again, very rude staff except for the bar man, food lower than mediocre. If it was possible to give NO stars I would of.

Felt that the standards have dropped.



1) First they took our food to the wrong table, then brought it to us as if nothing has happened.



2) Ordered pasta carbonara and it was too salty. When told the staff about it all I was told is it's the bacon that's too salty and didn't even apologise.



3) one of the waiters came and asked me whether I wanted cheese, I said yes and the next thing I saw was my pasta was full of grated cheese and not only that, he dropped a chunk of cheese next to my plate and left.
