The best service I have ever seen :)

Just got home from a lovely meal for a group of 6, 2 of whom are vegetarians and one a vegan and one (me) a wheelchair user.



The meal was just lovely, the staff were fantastic and nothing was to difficult.



Thanks for making a lovely evening, we rarely if ever go out nowadays and this shows that we really should try to come more often

Disaster to a fantastic evening! Our booking got lost but they rallied a table and staff. We had a big group, all meals were correct and came out at the same time. Staff were excellent, looking after us with food and drink.

Booked a table of 10 for a birthday meal. Service and food was excellent and we all had a relaxing/enjoyable evening. Credit to the Didcot Prezzo team 😀

With our beautiful granddaughter. The three of us had a great experience. Service was first class. All the staff were very friendly.

Went as a party of 6 last minute for a birthday meal and had a lovely time , staff were very polite and helpful and the food was amazing . I would highly recommend and will defiantly return

If you advertising a free champagne glass for Mother's Day you shouldn't wait for the customer to ask for it, but bring it as a complimentary drink or at least ask when we'd like it. Also when I booked through bookatable app I clearly stated that we'll need highchair in the comment box - our table wasn't ready. The food on the other hand was absolutely amazingly awesome, thank you for a nice Mother's Day :)

I must admit I was pleasantly surprised.....After a distinctly average (at best) outing to Jamie's Italian I thought you knocked spots off that. Food was excellent, service was attentive without being overbearing....We'll deffo be coming back.

Booked a table a week ago for this evening when we arrived we were shuved pretty much under the stairs and practically sat on the next tables laps,we asked to move as there was atleast 6 booths empty they said they were reserved (but nothing on them) and when we left they were still empty! we then asked again so they put us upstairs which was absoloutely fine,I had calamari and half of it was cold then we both had calzones where the meatballs were undercooked and the chicken over cooked and the sauce cold. A bit of advise for this restaurant would be if the standard of food is going to slip when your busy don't book so many tables in and also spread people out,people don't like sitting on each other's laps!

Went today with a party of 10. The place was about 20% full which you would have thought would mean good service?? Started off being seated and asked for the table to be cleaned because it was dirty. The waitress looked like this was a task and didn't seem impressed. This was just the start of an awful experience. Ordered drinks about 3 times and every time it took around 20 mins to arrive. Ordered mains and they brought 3 calzones out instead of 2 and they even gave the wrong one with chilli to one of us. Ordered ice cream and brought out chocolate instead of vanilla. Brought my daughters hot chocolate out and didn't bring the milk separate like they should of. To top it off added £30 service charge....what service did we get?? All in all shocking experience and would advise people to go elsewhere rather than Prezzo Didcot. Shame as it used to be nice.

Initially we were seated right by the door where a cold blast came through every time someone opened the door! (Apparently the heating wasn't working!)The table was squashed in between other people and felt very cramped. We asked to be moved but as it was very busy they moved us upstairs. Why this area wasn't being used I don't know as it was so crowded! It then took over an hour to get our food and that was only after chasing as we had movie tickets. (Table was booked for half 6 - movie at 8). Only redeeming part was that the food was good. However doubt we will be returning.

Good food but the service was awful. Took 1 1/2 hours just to get a basic pizza meal. Nearly missed our film due to poor slow service

Chef burnt the first Pizza so the next one was a little late. Took 10 minutes for drinks to arrive after ordering them and the place wasn't even busy. Staff too busy chatting to each other.

Worst service ever experienced. Constantly sitting waiting for the waiters to come over, pudding was cold and grainy (sticky toffee pudding), was there for two and a half hours at least! Will never visit again, and will be complaining to customer service.

Went to Didcot Prezzo at 6.30 pm. The restaurant downstairs was 2/3 full and when we looked up at the window upstairs it was more or less empty. My partner and I were turned away by a rather pompous Duty Manager. More staff required on a Friday evening plus a friendlier attitude from the Manager would be nice. Where else would Didcot people suggest we go to eat? We are new to the area and wanted to make Prezzos our Friday night venue for date night but decided it is a bit canteen like. Please message me.
