Couldn’t have had nicer waiting staff yesterday, they were so accommodating, falling over themselves to be helpful and efficient for our table of six.

The food was delicious too, I had the Penne Salmon for my main, it had lots of chunky pieces of fish in it and a really lovely flavour. We will definitely be back! Thank you �

Service was as always slow.

Today we'd been at our table 1/2 hour before they took our food order.

We have visited here several times and the quality of waiting service varies, but they seem totally unable to be able to bring a garlic bread starter out as an accompaniment to a main course, no matter how many times you ask.

Food is usually pretty good if a little expensive.

Ok I know we’re not used to hot weather in England but they have air con units, sadly they decided not to turn them on, or open the patio doors. Waited 15 mins for drinks , 30 for starters. Food nice enough but service would prevent me returning

Not as good as in past visits. As other people have commented not busy and yet service unfriendly and slow. All staff seemed to be accumulated around the bar and not checking to see if guests needed anything. Food could have been much hotter. Had to chase up sweet orders so got bill at same time to save another half hour. Very disappointed as on previous visits very pleased. Probably won't go again.

Food was fine but service poor. We went for my friend's birthday and tried to use an offer she had been sent. Despite the offer saying £25 total spend to get free desserts, we were told it was only on food. Spent extra on starters to qualify for the deal only to find lots of desserts were unavailable! Manager was rude when sked why we weren't told about the limited choice given that she knew about the offer we intended to use and left feeling dissatisfied. Luckily the local Harvester had a full range of desserts and service was fantastic which rescued the birthday celebration.

We've been going to this Prezzo for around 9 years, so we know it has the potential to be good. When we arrived it was very, very quiet, there was only 1 table occupied, however, we waited for a couple of minutes before a member of staff decided to ease themselves out from behind the bar to come and greet us. I would like to say the greeting was warm and welcoming, but sadly no, It would appear we were an inconvenience. There was no 'good afternoon, how can I help you', in fact there was nothing!



I asked if we could have a booth, rather than respond by saying 'I will just check for you', the waitress looked at her booking sheet, looked around the restaurant, back at her booking sheet and then said 'yes'. Due to being made to feel unwelcome from the off my confidence in the staff's ability to be able to get things right was at rock bottom.



When it came to taking our order things didn't improve much. We wanted the bigger appetites children's menu, but the waitress seemed reluctant to let us have this so we went for the smaller appetites options, it almost felt as though she was arguing with us over it. I asked for the children's starter to come out as soon as possible, but she said it will all come out together?!



Our food took around 20 minutes, which considering there was only one other table in the restaurant was rather excessive. The food itself was mediocre, my pizza was denied a decent covering of cheese and as I'd chosen to have goats cheese I only recollect one mouth full of cheese.



I could go on about the poor experience we had but I think you've got the general gist of things by now. However, finally when I asked for our bill and said I had a voucher and the code for children eat for £1 the waitress said they don't take vouchers on a Saturday!!!? I explained it was a gift voucher which should be taken any day of the week and there shouldn't be an exclusion. She took the codes and said she'd check. When returning with the bill there was no apology for the error on the voucher, no explanation, just the bill plonked down on the table.



The customer service here really needs to be focused on, it used to be such a lovely restaurant to go to, but we won't be returning to be treated as a inconvenience, after all that is what we were made to feel like.



We've had better customer service at McDonalds!

The only decent thing about this place was being with my family.. Apart from that I am absolutely disgusted with the food and service!.



First of all my mothers pizza was burnt it looked dry and my lasagne was full of fat bits of meat and had fat over the top! � Then the waitress who served us was extremely rude! Especially when coming to pay!.



First of all she was standing right over my partner whilst he was trying to work out the bill (everyone paid separately) whilst doing this she was taping on my daughter pram whom was asleep at the time! No respect at all.. Then my aunt who got a voucher for a free wine was charged for a fricking wine! The waitress knew of this at the very beginning... I think you need to teach you're staff how to show respect and customer service! I won't be coming back again �

Service was terrible, so slow and there were some staff that were just walking around doing nothing. A member of staff forgot one of my friends orders and had no reason for it. She said it would be about 3 minutes but we ended up waiting for 10 mins. Food was lovely it’s just a pity about the service. We were running late as we were meant to be going to the cinema, we asked a staff member if we could order some deserts but she said she couldn’t as she “wasn’t trained to”, so she had to ask someone else, no one showed up.

Sat down at an outside table as directed by the staff inside. Left after 30 mins as completely ignored by the waiting staff. Yes it's a bank holiday and you are busy but it only takes a couple of minutes to greet your customers and take a drink order whilst we peruse the menus.
