It was my daughter birthday and the staff kindly put banners and balloons on the table made it very special and very polite always happy to help with everything thank you

Had a lovely meal with friends last night. We were the last ones to leave! Couldn't fault the food or the service. Thank you.

First time going to the Witham restaurant as im not local to Witham but I must say it's very equal to the Rayleigh branch! Good was perfect and hot when it came out, staff were lovely and friendly and the service was fast. We tried the nee weekend set menu which had a nice selection of mains. Not many starterd or desserts on the set menu but had what i love on there so all in all a good value for money! Will definitely return!

Delicious food-especially Glutin free, great service

Called in for dinner last night, table for 2 no problem even though was very busy. Staff very pleasant and friendly, food quick and excellent! Can't fault it and can't praise it enough-keep up the good work!!

The service was rather slow but staff friendly & food lovely.

Service was spot on, greeted by lovely girls & food was good, waitress with the beautiful false eyelashes couldn’t be more helpful & so professional

Food was good and service was frendly and quick. Used Taste card so had £20 + Saving.

Been here loads of times and never been disappointed. Friendly, polite staff. Clean, spacious restaurant all food well cooked and nicely presented

the food was fine (especially the stuffed mushrooms and chocolate ice cream) vastly over priced. one of the waiters was very friendly, however a female staff member appeared somewhat grumpy. I would go back with vouchers so long as all the staff can put on a happy face

Witham branch good service but please bring back the crab salad.

The menu has been vastly reduced without specials anymore...ordered the light spicy prawns pasta that comes with pasta & salad....I managed to find three prawns & the base of my bowl was covered in oil which put me off of finishing the dish....we won't be rushing back ....

Good atmosphere but the food is far from italian and overpriced unless you have a voucher!

Ok you might think it's good to be left alone to chat but the service was non existent . The food was the only saving grace.

Mediocre food and overcharged into the bargain.

Firstly waited 25 minutes for starters to arrive & when they did arrive one was Luke warm, thought this was just a glitch (accidents happen) then main course came out my wife’s pasta dish had so much oil & grease over it, could not eat dish, when waitress came over & asked if all ok with meal, explained inedible & said not paying for dish (it really was that bad) asked to speak to manager, manager did not even bother to come over & apologise!

Only given 1 star for the waitress as she was very apologetic & embarrassed!

Will not be coming back to Witham Prezzo!

Table booked for 8 waited over hour for starter then we were 2 short, 1 that had arrived was cold. Complained then the other starters arrived after others had been eaten. Mains were late arriving, we're nothing special 2 1/2hrs later 5 dissapointend Diners left ÔøΩ

No not very good really, poor Calamari, 1 garlic bread 1 small pizza, 1 crab and lobster pasta dish 2 small beers£ 48, really!!!!!,



No I won't be going back or recommending, go elsewhere people you can do better than this.

Food was okay, but one dish ever hour!

Oh and arrived cold!! And don't forget the ONE waitress was soo rude and moaning at us for asking a question!

Absolutely awful. Firstly, sat down in a cold restaurant and not told originally on arrival that the heating was broken. We asked to move after 30 minutes to an alternative table, we were told ‘you should have known it was cold when you arrived, it has been cold from the start’ and ‘the tables are booked from 6pm’ however when we left the tables we asked to move to were still free! Staff were very rude and unapologetic.



Have never had a bad experience in the other PREZZO branches. Avoid at all costs. ÔøΩÔøΩ
