Went there last night with my partner. staff were excellent, food was amazing and reasonably priced. Very clean and decor is fab, cocktails were lovely. Can't say a bad word about it. Would definitely visit again.

Terrible service and terrible attitudes of managers! Having booked to eat before theatre for a girls night out. My sister and I arrived before the 3 others. We had to attract attention to then be seated then we had to ask to order drinks! Then had to re ask as after 10 mins had not had a drink n bar staff were not busy or making drinks. Whilst waiting we witnessed managers turning numerous people away, whilst commenting “its their own fault they should have booked” and “why don’t they get it”and having a competition on how many between the 2 of them they had turned away!!! Our remaining numbers arrived and we had to again ask for drinks, and then we ordered( I would

Like to highlight one young girl who with one other young lad seemed the only genuine people in the place) our order came quickly but we had no cutlery on the table so they then set around us but we were also missing a pizza, we were told this takes 2 mins more than the rest so would be with us soon! We were at least halfway through our meals when I had to ask ( a manager) where the pizza was who then went to ask, returning but walking straight past the table with no update or apology? The pizza then arrived, but we then once again had to ask for drinks. We were then told we could “have a round” because of the pizza. A gesture that felt totally fake, a bit of a “that will keep them ok”. Again we had to ask for bill, then card machine whilst payment was taken the manager had an eye on the door ( maybe to increase his turn away numbers?!?) our goodbye was over familiar and again not genuine. This place is all fur coat and no knickers and the blame lies within the management team. Do not waste ur money or time!!

Really quick service. Lovely food. We were visiting the area for a few days. If we go back again I would definitely eat their again. Worth a visit.

Our daughters boyfriend bought us a gift card last Christmas we which finally got around to using tonight! � our 1st ever visit & I must say it was the best meal we’ve had in a long time! Was so good! Will definitely be back soon!

Had a lovely meal at Prezzo last night. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious, particularly the lobster and crab tortellini.

Fantastic looking modern contemporary italian restaurant. Excellent food and staff attentive even if they had just had all of Ask's customers landed on them due to a gas failure there. Would recommend ��

Cavernous restaurant! A positive TARDIS if you consider the modest street entrance. Air conditioned....ahhhhh. Walk through the door - instant service. Food, well they do it - and to a high standard. (Where did they find the Chef?) I don't want to ramble - just check it out and make you own minds up.

Came here Wednesday evening with my partner and was absolutely gorgeous. Standard of food was out of this world and the service was second to none. So the day after i took my parents to Prezzo and again they delivered Bill service and the food was divine! Definitely worth another visit.

Friendly staff.Unhurried meal which gave my friend and I plenty of time to catch up and chat.

Food acceptable and service,good portions.Voucher cloud on iPhone made the bill acceptable.All good just one complaint the toilets were not clean at all.Which begs the question,I won't go into details.

We went here last night, we hadn't booked, we waited to be seen and then got turned away because they told us they couldn't fit us in, I could see loads of empty tables so we left the restaurant then rang up whilst stood outside, booked a table (because they weren't busy) and then went back in to be seated. We did complain but they didn't care less. The food was good and so were some of the waiters but the young girl who turned us away basically couldn't be bothered to work any later!! Very poor and they don't deserve the custom!!

Slowest service ever. Would not recommend. No care given. Waiting ridiculous times for a drinm

The staff were fine

The surrounding are great

But the quality of the food was bad, my daughter had salmon, and ended up all night vilantly sick.. bad head and shivers.. food poisoning without a doubt.. which cost her a day off work the next day

Service needs to be looked at too, was left long times to get served and ordering drinks

Don’t think we will be spending £100 in there again

We had a table booked for 7 people on Saturday night. After being seated at a table with no cutlery it took ages for our drinks order to be taken. 10 minutes later they came back to retake the drinks order. They then came and took our food order and we had to change our choices as two items on the menu "weren't available". Still no drinks so went up to the bar and eventually got the attention of a member of staff who said they would sort the drinks straight away. After another 10 minutes and having been there for over an hour without a drink we went up again. The so called manager said they were having staffing problems and "what do you expect us to do about it". No apology. No proper management of the chaotic situation. No attempt to persuade us to stay, so we left. As it was now past 8.30 we struggled to find a table for 7 elsewhere but whilst we were on the hunt for an alternative we bumped into other dissatisfied customers also looking for somewhere else to eat. The place is a joke. Don't waste your time.

Very obviously under staffed.

Food quality no where near the standard of other Prezzo’s I’ve visited all over the country.

Side plates and glasses dirty and food not piping hot through.

This particular branch needs looking at.

Serving staff x2 for massive restaurant did as well as they could given the number of tables occupied.

Disappointed I’m afraid.

So last night was my first visit and I went with a group of 19 friends. Food was good but that was the only good thing. We had pre-ordered our food but 1 of our group still didn’t get her dessert as they had run out, so why bother pre-ordering?! We had also pre-paid for our food but the staff couldn’t get the bill right. I can’t see myself or many of our group coming back.

Disgusting!! Avoid avoid avoid! Questionable standards of hygiene from the chefs who obviously are too stupid to realise the kitchen is fully visible to customers. My friend and I witnessed a chef spit, not once but three times in the food prep area. When mentioned to staff we got a half hearted apology and were told the chefs would be told "not to do it" and yet we were still presented with the bill. I have emailed head office to no avail. It's a shame as the waiting staff were so attentive and polite and the food seemed enjoyable although I would never visit again. There should be repercussions for such disgusting behaviour!!
