Went to zzizzi first & didn't find them very helpful so went to Prezzo which were totally opposite very welcoming very busy asked if we minded waiting 5 min for a table whilst looking at menus.. Our young waitress couldn't do enough for us & found the whole dining experience excellent with delicious food 👌.. Will definitely return & recommend 👏🏻

We were a group of 10, including 4 children under 9. The service was excellent, the children were dealt with extremely well and the food was superb. We were very impressed all round and will be returning.

We chose from the Ultimate Weekend menu, which was 2 courses for £10.50 or 3 courses for £13- this offered excellent value for money. The dishes were some from the main menu with plenty of choice. We were both impressed with the food and as it was quiet the staff had time to chat a bit more than usual. We had a lovely day's shopping and a delicious lunch was a bonus.

The executive pizzas are excellent, the atmosphere great too with the heat from the pizza oven and good low lighting make it nice to sit in. Good service too from all staff.

Lovely place to eat!! Relaxing atmosphere and nice food!!

Lovely meal yesterday,started with Italian hummus and breaded mozzarella shared between us then spaghetti with seafood for my hubby and penne Gorgonzola with chicken and pancetta for me . Delicious.

Lovely meal at prezzo last night.Started with garlic bread & olives.Followed by spaghetti bolognese.Very tasty & nice & hot.Lovely Staff as well.

Lovely food, fresh clean modern design, food was excellent and service spot on.

Lovely food in a nice atmosphere. My fiancé and I really enjoyed it, the service was prompt and the waiter chatty. Not the cheapest, but would recommend. Will be back definitely!

From the start the manager couldn't do enough for our large family, kept checking everything was ok, Food was Gorgeous too and the kids didnt leave a crumb! Thumbs up from us! Thank you! ��

I thought service was excellent. Enjoyed starter but main course a light choice hot prawns and penna pasta was nice but only had 4 prawns. So wouldn't have that again.

Went in with wife and little daughter lots of empty tables couple in front walked in table straight away we ask for table for 2 with high chair waitress went to find a table and spoke to the manager was all ok till she spotted the baby "oh it's at least 20 minute wait" said it was fine we will wait. Family of 3 came in hadnt pre booked and were put straight to a table. My wife called the waiter over then we were miraculously found a table in a half empty restaurant.

Carbonara was the worst iv ever had! Sauce was bland and greasy. Husband had one of those folded pizza and it had a bone in it� gross

Cannot believe I paid £11 for a very small lasagne which to be fair tasted bland and mushy If I wanted a rubbish lasagne I could of got one from the twirl of hay pub for £6 I also thought I was ridiculous when we tried to order a desert and we could not get a small scoop of ice cream for my 18 month old boy ! I never felt so ripped off in my life we were expecting so much more instead of spending £60 I wish we went to macdonalds now !

Went here for the first time overpriced food which was tasteless and poor £14 for a very lame pizza chicken was dry pasta plain and tasteless overpriced drinks asked for refund manager contacted her boss who said not to discount bad customer service wouldn't contact boss again refused to pay £194 for 7 people,said she would phone police they didn't come £settled on £106 never again
