Very friendly and welcoming staff. Made us all feel very comfortable and welcome. Oh, and great food too!

This is such a great Prezzo. The staff always provide a great service and as yet it is the only place that manages to heat baby food to a perfect temperature. We will always come back here.

I do like their gluten free menu - makes going out just a little bit easier

Holiday treat for us whilst touring uk in our campervan, todays visit whilst travelling from Surrey to Cambridgeshire was a welcome stop for lunch in a lovely setting. We had a booth, decor nice, staff friendly and helpful, food prompt and delicious. Was able to use our Tesco vouchers too bonus! All in all a lovely stop. Thank you.

Had a fantastic meal there tonight with the family . Food was great service was very fantastic, will definitely be going back .

I was very happy with the service we got at the rickmansworth branch.staff were friendly and helpful,and the service was very good.i would definitely recommend it and i look forward to going there again .

Quite disappointed , pre booked an 18 th birthday meal for 17 people , as requested made the effort to come to the restaurant prior to the date with pre orders to make it easier. Table booked for 6:30, didn’t get to eat until 8pm as a problem in the kitchen, we had young children and babies in our party and starving guests ! Missed items , hard potatoes , not the best evening , however they did give free drinks and puddings to compensate which was very generous. The young waitress was lovely too very apologetic bless her

Pre booked for my sons birthday, only 6 children with a virtually empty restaurant. Really slow service and no one came to check if we needed more drinks or anything. Staff are unwelcoming with strained/forced smiles when they can be bothered, quite a fierce approach. I don’t normally write reviews but this is my third visit with the same staff member present and she sucks.
