We went with a Buyagift voucher and due to the fact that we had booked for Preston Prezzo in Feb and had to cancel the booking due to illness our voucher was showing as used ( Preston hadn't cancelled the booking in their system? )

Gabor who was deputy manager for the night sorted the problem out with patience, professionalism and courtesy. He made us feel valued and very welcome and we couldn't fault the service from both him and the young lady serving tables .

Food was delightful and we will most certainly be making a return trip to this restaurant in the future

We went for a team meeting from Element5, I have to say I had not been before and was curious as the reviews were very mixed. I personally found both the service and food very good, the service improved as the evening went on.

Took my 2 grandchildren of 10 and 13 to early evening dinner. Kids had a 3 course kids meal for £6.50 and ate everything. I had chicken callibresse and it was delicious. Staff were great

This was amazing! Beautiful restaurant with exemplary service. The food was first class. Couldn't fault it.

I unfortunately was taken ill whilst in the restaurant (it wasn't the food!!) and the staff showed genuine care and attention towards me with professionalism and discretion. I was very grateful to them.

Highly recommend a visit.

The food was delicious, the beer was cold staff were really nice. I would definitely go back and recommend it ����

Love this restaurant. Gorgeous surroundings, very classy. We visited on a Sunday afternoon/evening, the restaurant was very busy. However staff were attentive and friendly! Food is delicious, full of flavour, and presented well. Would highly recommend!

Great food and excellent service. As a wheelchair user, the restaurant is thouroghly accessible and I found the staff to be extremely helpful and they made sure that I made it to the table without any issues. Food is beautiful and well presented. Would highly recommend. 5 stars*****

First visit but definitely go again. Delicious food and the staff are lovely

First ever visit....Great food, great beer (peroni on tap), nice friendly staff.. will definitely be going again...

Been here yesterday the staff lovely the food is nice wheelchair access I wood recommend is place to family & friends���

Unfortunately my favourite dish (seafood spaghetti fruit du mare) has been removed from the menu, very disappointing, won’t be returning ‘till it reappears.

Popped in for an impromptu lunch with a friend and was quite happy with food and service. We only had pasta so can't say it was outstanding but it was tasty and well presented and also didn't take long to arrive, would go again.

Was lovely food! Very reasonably priced! Feel is not very homely though that's the only thing you couldn't have a nice Cosy meal with your partner/family it's like you just eat and leave. Hard to explain. Otherwise everything good though!

Eaten here quite a few times over the years but something always seems to go wrong. On this occaision we enjoyed the starters but felt there could have been a couple more flatbeads to go with the large portion of homous served. The French fries clearly looked & tasted really underdone and when i handed them to the waitress & said so, she just looked blank at me & walked away without speaking! They were still not much better when returned to me but didnt bother saying this time. The margarita pizzas were tough to cut & very bland & chewy, its the first time ive ever left a third of one. The calzones, 4 of them, all seemed different sizes, with ingredients missing & one with hardly any filling at all & again we could have done with steak knives as hard to cut up. We used a 40% off mains voucher & didnt want to cause a scene on my birthday so didnt complain but its probably the last time i'll be going there! (The pinot gritio was delish by the way!)

We all had the duck salad firstly there was hardly any duck and what we did have was mainly skin then there was so much lime and chilli on it it was inedible!!! The waitress offered us another meal but our mouths were on fire from the bit we ate so we refused, she then charged us half price for a meal we couldn't eat and went on to tell us one of the other salads we disgusting too!!! Don't think I will be visiting again!

Nice venue.. Great service... I've been to a few Prezzos across the country but the food unfortunately here was way below par when we went...pasta was overcooked.. My daughter described her spaghetti bolognaise as like a microwave meal. We did raise this to the waitress who said she'd pass it on. Won't be going again.

We are regular customers but yesterday was NOT good!! We were using our "wedding gift card" from friends and we were looking forward to a lovely meal. I ordered my usual chicken & bacon carbonara which was topped with cheese that tasted distinctly OFF. I was told it was 3 cheese-1 of them was definitely OFF. Then the waiter leaned across me to shut the window that I was sat next to!!! Apparently someone at the back wanted it shut!!! At this point, I called the Manager over and told him we were leaving. We had been there over an hour sat next to the open window!! Why should we have to shut it because of someone who had just arrived? She could have sat anywhere, it wasn't full. This is not what I expect from Prezzo.

Was not happy with how we were greeted by a male member of staff (possibly management) the seating hostess greeted us on arrival, he spoken to her in another language whilst looking in our direction then walked away with attitude like it was a problem. When we asked the female what the issue was it was like she had to make something up and clear he had said something negative. Not a very good impression to be greeted with especially given we were spending money in this restaurant.
