The food was terrible no taste dry chicken on my pizza and pasta which made it even worse I'll definitely make better food at home. Terrible terrible food and staff not great too!! Won't be going there again that's for sure!!

Terrible service, my sister has written to the head office to complain. Word of warning if sent an email voucher, don't use it in Crawley Prezzo. The manager tried to deny us what the voucher stated was available and as a result of having read it thoroughly & ordering the drinks, we waited 30 minutes for them! In total during the meal we had 2 drinks, I anticipated atleast 4 but the lack of service & pure rudeness of staff meant this didn't happen and they lost the addition drinks sales.

My meal with Chilli in the title had none, when eventually the waitress came to me & I queried the fact there was no Chilli she raised her eyebrows and said the Chef must have forgotten it, shall I bring you some. I then dared to suggest it should have probably been cooked with it to get the taste through the dish, she removed my bowl, with a huff to the kitchen. Then I was over charged! Terrible. I have been previously and it was ok, something has changed, perhaps the women who was unable to smile last week or this week and tried to lie to us 🤔

Lovely food and service. They even let me take our desserts in a takeaway box when we had to leave due to my son becoming ill. Only two gripes. First one my lasagne didn't come with any sort of side at all. A nice piece of garlic bread or bit of side salad would have been nice considering it cost £11. Plus who eats lasagne on it's own??? Secondly the slice of cheesecake I got for £6.40 was terrible. It was an inch wide at the top, if that! Really poor poor portion sizes. I know it's not the staff's fault as it's probably bought in pre cut but that's no excuse for making the consumer pay rip off prices. I could have gotten a bigger slice for half that cost at one of them posh deli's in the County Mall. Mind you even £3 for the slice I got was too dear!

Firstly the main dish I wanted had run out. I then ordered the chicken & mushroom ravioli with mushroom broth when it arrived it was dry, I asked the waitress to take it back and put the broth on it she replied the menu had changed and it was now a dry dish! When I pointed out I had recently had the same dish in Reigate and it did contain the broth she just said it's changed and is now a dry dish. I couldn't eat it dry so asked for some tomato sauce this took as least 20 minutes by the time my husband had almost finished his main course. Plates were cleared without us being asked if everything was ok. My choice of dessert was also unavailable!. Bill came again without us being asked if everything was ok. Have sent an email to their head office, will never use Crawley restaurant again, Reigate is far better in every respect.
