We were lucky enough to be invited Monday night to try the new Christmas menu We cannot thank the staff enough The menu is delicious we cannot wait to go and try again !!We love the spiced butternut soup ,the Christmas cracker calazone ,the bread & butter pudding

Great setting, great service, fantastic food. We had our one year old nephew with us too, and they really catered for him. The kids Pizza is massive!

Nice ambience and food acceptable for what I think is re-heated pre prepared food!

One major issue for me is the over enthusiasm of the waiting staff to please with contact interruptions enquiring after quality of food etc!

I know it’s only a Prezzo but sometimes I don’t want to drive/Uber/stay just to eat out. Pleasant enough location, food was fine for a chain and I can walk there and enjoy a drink. Not much more expensive than a decent takeaway and somebody else does the dishes. For a town with no decent restaurants this is an godsend.

Food was lovely. Staff polite venue spotless. Spent far to much time waiting. They were busy but was unacceptable. I struggled to complain because the food quality and staff personality did not deserve. But !

Can’t complain about the food and the food service in general was well organised but when it came to paying the bill, what a fiasco!!! RUDE would be the one word I would use along with plenty of others, slamming the change down on the counter! Guy shaking his head at us in disbelief that we should ask for this service!!

Went for girlfriends birthday and very disappointed with our meal and the menu at a premium price. Didnt even have tiramasu on the menu on its own !!!!!! Staff were pleasent but should have made some sort of a gesture of goodwill as wont be returning in a hurry...

Should have gone to Witherspoon better Quality food also the place needs a make over - tables and chairs look worn out, the cutlery looks like something out of a greasie spoon.

Food was overcooked and dry. Don't know how they managed to ruin carbonara and pizza but they did very didappointed

Went in for our Christmas meal out, will never go again. Rude staff and duty manager that spoke down to us the whole night. Couldn't buy drinks separately at the bar because of a alcohol licence issue, then couldn't even buy a soft drink either!! (With 20+ people u can imagine the issues when he brought the bill over it was a nightmare working it out) He just couldn't be bothered to do it by the way he spoke to us. The fact that we as a group spent £600 in there the service was shockingly bad. And the waiter stank of BO! Disgusting.

Omg I wish these companies could offer deals and really run with it! The waitresses avoid you like you have the plague rather than refill you all the time. I had to ask for refills and then told i only had 10 mins left as if i was drinking them out of businesss ! No chance of really meaning they want to make your Mother's Day stonking! My Bill was £177 for 6 of us what difference a few glasses of cheap prossecco #embarassedatyourtightness!

Lovely company a a send off to good friend but usually when just in a couple or a foursome service brilliant but tonight was part of a large party and service very poor and and on top of that had to pay exceptionally large bill for two courses never got the option of a dessert and had to physically ask for a drink because no one came to ask if we wanted one and looked at like piece of scum for asking then bill was still short despite paying £8 over the odds cos waitdress so disorganised , not going back in hurry very expensive night all in all that wasn't worthy of price paid sorry but had to be said

Complained about the excessive amount of poorly prepared chilli In our salmon pasta - thickly cut including the seeds. Inedible. Manageress said it was standard Prezzo, not sure if she cares! No apology, no nothing. Mmmm... not sure if we will return. Poor, poor, poor, poor, poor ....

Can't give a score of zero. Booked table for 3 and asked for it to be not too cramped if possible and bear loos for disabled husband. Could not even get mobility scooter in to restaurant. Had to pay stranger in carnival crowd to look after it for us outside.no ramp only steps outside, let alone inside where tables were so crammed in one could barely walk between them. Popped in hour previous on off chance they might be able to accommodate us early but were told all the empty tables in the slightly more spacious front area were booked...fair enough. Returned only to be shown to our booked tables hemmed in far corner at back of restaurant furthered from loos and only 2 seats. The impassive waitress could not have been more rude and blamed us. Also said we could not utilise a table with bench style seating and no spare chairs, despite the many tables in front area still empty over an hour since previously popped in and an old lady eating alone on a table for 4. Only option was to leave and on doing so encountered another family who had booked but were experiencing difficulty. Thanks for that Prezzo... Try getting something to eat without booking in Bridgwater on carnival night...meant husband(also diabetic) could not take a medication as needed to take with a meal.
