Prezzo in Amersham is the favourite for our family. Service and food is great and they allow you to bring a birthday cake which is not good news for their sales of puddings! We use Tesco vouchers and so save lots of money. A fab place for meals!

Had a great meal last night here, food was lovely and service was great. Was busy but staff were still attentive and didn't have to wait long between courses, and lots of veggie options.

Went out for a date night with my partner first time in 2years...food was amazing. Very hot an staff very polite.....only down fall for us was when we arrived we waited 10mins considering we booked a table then waited 20mins for our drinks after we had ordered them an then waited 55mins for our food to be served....very well worth the wait though an that's why we didn't make a fuss 😊

Good overall but slow service, our starters arrived prior to drinks, it's just was very smooth. Food was good and hot. Would visit again.

Love the food and the staffare friendly, unfortunately just aren't quite on the ball in terms of service. We go about once a month and will continue to go but it's just frustrating when they forget to bring drinks. I don't think they have the correct ratio of staff for the size of the restaurant

In a word terrible. We got our starters after 30 mins then our drinks after. The drinks order came incomplete and one of the glasses had a chip in it. The food was average and took another 45 mins. Then we watched as a load of takeaway boxes (the small square ones) fell off the counter and onto the floor where they stayed for 5 mins before being put back onto the counter to be used! I let a waitress know who then removed them to the back wouldn't trust that they wouldn't be used though later. Never going back.

I do love the food here but service is just shocking. God knows why we write these reviews as the company NEVER read them. Half the reviews on here say the same thing. There just isn't enough staff - doesn't matter what day you go or what time. Last night was really busy but only three staff!!! You couldn't get drunk if you tried as when they do finally take your order, it takes 20 minutes to turn up. As I said, food IS GOOD so thumbs up to the chef but for the love of God, get some decent staff or at least get more!

Service was so so so slow; they forgot to bring menus over; food was ok though, but nothing great; normally love it but it wasn't brilliant yesterday

Had a birthday lunch. Got taken to a tiny table for two. I asked to sit in another table and was told a load of rubbish about how busy they were and could not open another area. The restaurant was practically empty. Food was ok but not worth the £45 price tag for starter and main with one drink. Thank God for the 30%voucher !!! Not sure I'd be going back. Think I should just stick with Cote Brasserie in Amersham who are always amazing.

Went to prezzo for lunch today yet again order came out wrong and one person ate lunch before the new lot came out this is the second time it's happened when there are only like 3 other people in the whole restaurant , it's the worse prezzo I have ever been too always cocking people's orders up and think the word sorry will suffice.

We went to go for a family dinner tonight at 6pm we didn’t book as have never had to before as we normally go around 6pm. We were told by the manager that they have 2 tables of 12 tonight coming in later and they have no staff so we couldn’t come in! Very disappointed. Don’t know how the staff would cope with 24 if they couldn’t even cope with the 4 of us.

Truley dissapointed. I always enjoy prezzo in beaconsfield.. My starter had been sat on the side at least 15 mins before they brought it over stone cold. I always have the same main also so i know what to expect. This then came over with one tiny peice of chicken in my pasta and like it had been soaked in chilli for hours. I enjoy spicy food, but this was awful. Will not be returning, as i have left £40 out of pocket and an empty stomache.

Service is really bad. Had a table for 10 people and 1 baby. Food was given to the baby last, and it should have been first. Food was okayish, but the service really needs an improvement, no to say we were charged a shicking 10% on top of our bill for service

Not much choice all prices have gone up I had 6 small mushrooms to start £1 each ridiculous, we had problem with our order confusing then got the wrong starters, then they had items on our bill that we hadn't had I can honestly say that was our last visit

Never again the food was poor standards and the service was appoling. First of all they got are table wrong as we had booked it and had only been in 10 mins before to make sure are table was wright and 1 of the knifes was dirty and food come out cold in the middle and chips come out in freezing cold bowls.

Do NOT eat here if you are coeliac/GF even though they have a GF menu. My daughter had to find out the hard way. Four days after eating there, she is still seriously ill with no signs of it improving any time soon. DISGUSTING!

Booked for 9 people for Friday the 4th of May and the restaurant was not particularly busy. The service we received was absolutely awful. Our waiter constantly leaned right over us when serving food/collecting plates, we were not asked how our food was, we weren't asked if we wanted a top up on our drinks and he even walked off before we finished ordering drinks! The table was booked for my birthday and to be honest the lack of service and rude tone in our waiters voice put a bit of a damper on the evening. I have been coming to prezzo for a number of years now and I feel the standards are really slipping.

Absolutely disgraceful service, called for over 30mins to try and place an order for collection. Decided to drive down to find the phone off the hook with no customer on the other end just off the hook, told a basic pasta take away dish would take over 40 minutes wait time. Agreed to wait only for the man to walk off and "check with the kitchen" to then 10 minutes later still be left standing there whilst he just started serving several tables instead of confirming my order. Safe to say Francesco's got my order and they were much better, such as shamed as I USED to eat at prezzo's all the time!
