Really nice food, amazing drinks, friendly staff and really relaxing atmosphere!

Good pizza, nice experience there! Quite a romantic place if you are interested for it.

Just ate there for lunch today and the attitude of the overweight hostess and the equally flabby waitress was absolutely disgusting. What gives them the nerve to think they can treat customers so rudely and disrespectfully? I guess there were no places in whatever squalid little country they came from that would give them a job. The restaurant was empty and the portions were small and greasy. I will never eat there again.

I am really sorry to say but this authentic Italian restaurant was abysmal, the decor and the cleanliness was good but the service was appalling and the food and drinks was bland and tasteless very disappointing. We were treated as a second class citizen as we had a buy a gift voucher. Will never grace our presents here again :-(

Oh dear....where to start. Well, I guess this is a chain, but I expected a slightly higher end experience than I got. On a positive note, staff were attentive and pleasant, but never enquired if my meal was ok despite most of my main course being left on the plate.
Ordered bruschetta for starter. Expected lovely crusty toasted bread with garlicy tomatoes and olive oil........but no. A kind of soft flatbread with a few halves of cherry tomatoes ......dry, uninspiring and just not bruschetta.
Next came a very average lasagna for my dining partner, and a crab nicoise for me. A pile of spinach leaves, with the usual olives, green beans, eggs and new potatoes but the dressing was sharp and not rich and garlicky as it should be. The so called crab cakes were mushy, bland and completely unappealing. Yuk.
Dessert was ok with an overset panna cotta and an average sticky toffee pudding.
All in all not a great experience. Won't be going back.

Good service and not a long wait for a Sunday afternoon. Food was well presented and tasted good. Kids were kept entertained with placemats and crayons!

Good service by the waitress and decent food but why do prezzo offer vouchers for 50% off then make you enter your email address like a million times and NOT send an email with the voucher code !!!
STOP MESSING ABOUT.. GIVE US THE CODE ALREADY!!!
MAKES ME THINK TWICE ABOUT EATING HERE!

Crap service , nice food, horrid paintings and usually quite hot

The restaurant was far too hot! ! Our party was crammed onto tables in the corner, just about had room to move! The food was lovely, couldn't fault it - just a shame the rest of the experience let the evening down and ruin the meal :-(
