Visited Prezzo with my family yesterday. Lovely place, staff very professional and friendly. Food was delicious just kids portion were slightly to big. My children don't eat a lot anyway. Highly recommended. We will definetely visit again.

There were 20 of us meeting up for a Choir get together and we preordered. The table was all ready and the food came out lovely and fresh and hot. Service with a smile and very reasonable. Recommended highly x

Lovely meal at Prezzo Bath last night. We has pizzas, risotto, spaghetti with meatballs and porky belly and all 5 of us absolutely loved our food. Honestly the best pizza I have ever had. So many interesting things on it. Service was great and the food arrived quickly. We will definitely be back.

Love the food at Prezzo anyway, but the one in Bath is amazing, so lovely all lit up at night and loved the architecture of this old building! A real treat for a special meal out!

Great place to eat lovely food, great service . We thought that we had 30% off as we found a voucher . No where on the voucher said it excluded Saturday , however it said it in the T’s and C’s - in the small print , course we didn’t see that !

But the food was very good and would recommend.

Daughter and I had a fabulous lunch here yesterday. Great menu choice, lovely wine and staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend popping in.

Went here 7.10.17 with a friend. The restaurant itself is nice and we were the last to get a table because it was so busy at half twelve on a Saturday. We ordered our food fairly quickly and there was good choice available. The food was nice but the service is awful and the staff are extremely rude, with one waiter and waitress mocking me. Before our meal came, I went to pour the rest of my drink in my glass from the bottle to find my bottle had been taken away and it was still half full. When I asked about this, I was given another. Great! However, during the meal, a male waiter with a rather sardonic manner asked whether I was 'finally finished with my bottle' and then went over to the waitress, laughing, talking amongst themselves, looking back and laughing again. This is unacceptable service and I won't be returning again. They weren't wearing a name badge so I can't even comment on who they were.

Well we were ignored from the beginning which was not great. The waiter lead us to a dirty table and stood while another colleague cleared the table.

The next table were some young ladies and the Czech waiter tried flirting with them. Inappropriate and very cringe.

The food was tasty and the chef was getting the dishes out very quickly. Too quick for the staff as some meals were sat for minutes before being served.

When it came to the bill, I wish we had just walked out... I watched the waiter as he took ours and the table next to us, bill to the till.

He looked at ours and then handed it to a colleague whilst he promptly dealt with the young ladies.

We waited 15 minutes and still no sign off our receipt and change. I had to walk to front till to ask for it. They couldn't find it either.

Food was great service was diabolical! 2/10

Wasn't impressed last night,comuication wasn't good, they forgot my partners starter and then after ordering drinks we had to remind them to get them because they forgot ,and the pasta dish my daughter and boyfriend usaly have was diff than normal and had a lot of a stronger cheese than normal which made it stodgy and stinky

The service was so slow !

I was ignored for the first 20 minutes - finally given a menu after half an hour. Main course was tasty and then spoilt by waiting over 20 minutes and still waiting to have our dessert order taken !

Sat with my best friend and a lovely couple to our right... We ordered first and didn't receive food and they ordered and firstly got the wrong order then half their order was missing, staff should probably know the menu as I was asked about a chicken Caesar salad!!! Won't be coming again #sorrynotnotsorry #wheresthemanager

I've been several times and always had great service, but, however, last night wasn't their best. It was my wedding anniversary and my husband booked us a table. We ordered drinks quickly but had to wait quite a while to order the mains. Food was prepared really quickly and was to a superb standard. We then waited even longer to order dessert; sticky toffee pudding and chocolate fudge cake. I considered whipping it up myself as it took soooooooo long! They were busy it has to be said but not the best service at all last night. We were also refused a 25% discount. Voucher stated available from 21st March to 2nd April with the exclusion of 28th March (Mothers Day), however, in extremely small print it also stated Saturday/Sunday excluded too. Not a clear voucher and obviously caught several diners out as well!

Food was good but service was appalling. Being presented with a bill for 99 pounds for a glass of wine and plate of spaghetti was icing on cake.

What a load of rubbish, service was appalling, waited 20 mins for someone to take a DRINKS order so you can imagine it went down hill from there. £170 later for rubbish service and cold food. Complained direct to prezzo head office never had a reply. Obviously don't like regular custom and rely on the tourist trade. They should be closed down and a better restaraunt given a chance. Shame on you prezzo

Prezzo shouldn't be using Deliveroo if they can't get the order right. I ordered pappardelle pasta, garlic bread and cheesecake last night but what I actually got was mushroom pizza and garlic bread, no cheesecake. I've raised the issue with Deliveroo as well but haven't heard back yet.

Me and my husband popped in yesterday and the service was terrible. The waiter took our order then another came out with our drinks not the ones we ordered and told us what we ordered they did not have. 5 minutes later she brought the drinks that they did not have. Then we order calamari which was the worst I have ever had it was flavourless and greasy. We told the waiter it was greasy and he said that is good yes.

Ignored at the door for ages before being seated. Had meal and then server and manger refused to allow 25% vouchercloud offer even though I met all the criteria. Insipid staff, dirty floors and mediocre food. Shame.
