It seemed unusual but tasted like normal garlic bread

I have just had a 3 course meal as part of a Wembley stadium tour and cannot stress enough how amazing the food was! The portions were massive and so tasty! I expected it to be stingy especially as we had a set course part of the groupon deal. However it was incredible and if I am ever back in London I would not hesitate to return. Staff were fab!

Great! Been a few times for a pre-match meal and every time the food and service has been very good.

On a match day you usually have to wait for a table 5/10 mins not a drama.

Food always comes out within a good time, always fresh and tasty.

Great meal at the restaurant although it was busy due to football match didn't have to wait long for a table. Food very good service good. Will visit again when I'm just the area.

Second visit to this branch of Prezzo and not disappointed, food very good and the service super. When attending a concert at the SSE Arena this is our definite place for a ore dinner treat.

Really good and friendly service...our meals where delivered very quickly. Our pasta dishes were very hot and tasted delicious.



The only down size was the small amount of cheese on the garlic bread otherwise I would have given a 5 rating

Lovely restaurant, food was good. Prices good. They did get my order wrong but it didn't spoil anything. Service was also good.

The price (prezzo in Italian) was good, the pizza was also rather good to be in London, but the smallest panna cotta I've ever seen, and the hot chocolate (too much white to be a chocolate) were easily forgettable.

Also, the waiters are always in a rush to clear the table, and making you going, away.

It's not managed by Italians, but maybe the chef is.

Staff not friendly and abrupt. Toilets had marked walls and tiles. Dirty sink, toilet roll was sat on the sanitary bin, sink dusty and broken air freshener sat on shelf behind toilet.

It was ok, service was very good and found the team and manager very cheerful and friendly. Food however was nothing special, girlfriend had the burger whilst very juicy the char grilling tasted burnt suggesting the grilled needed cleaning, fries were a bit soggy. I had the lobster ravioli which has very heavy and the sauce very spicy with chillis which overpowered the pasta.

Good but not as good as the Tunbridge Wells branch that we’re more used to going to.

Food was ok. Waitress who took our order was moody. Waiter who served us was more cheerful

We were staying at Wembley Ibis hotel and going to the Arena as a birthday treat for my sister. We love Italian and have been to a Prezzo before so we decided to go. My sister's meal was nice thank God for lasagne, mine however was disgusting. I had chicken breast with mushroom sauce and French fries. The chicken was beat on flat and was crispy and charcoal black the fries we're soaked what they said was garlic oil... tasted like plastic ... yuk. On what was a great night the food was the only fly in the ointment �

Very unfriendly and impolite staff! Kept waiting for plates to be served and when done they were dirty ! On asking many a times did they manage to even give cutlery! Totally not acceptable for a paying guest to be treated this way.

I ordered Gluten Free meal as unfortunately I am intolerant. At first impression all was great. However leaving restaurant I became seriously unwell with all the symptoms of eating Gluten. I have emailed my complaint through and still waiting for a reply. What a shame. Unlikely to return!!!

The staff at the restaurant all need a personality transplants!!! Especially the Manager has a definite "resting bitch face" for the whole duration of our luncheon. If people don't like working in this environment please go and find a job that would suit you and not spoil our special day out with my children!!! You get so much more appreciation and kindness when you spend £5 at McDonald's. My Calzone didn't have much filing was mostly dough and charging £3.90 for a small bowl of fries!!!!!

Slowest service in the world... sat opposite the till and my god, takes forever for the staff to serve you...I'm still waiting for them to take payment but looks like they rather clean tables and ignore their customers. Definitely something wrong with the staff attitude here. 3 courses and I'm feeling hungry again, is this a new sales tactic? Haha

They all need to visit Monks Cross Prezzo in York and learn how to run a proper restaurant...
