Went here with my husband before a movie at Reel. Will never come again! Mediocre food for the price they charge. The waitresses could not be bothered. Left my plate untouched since I didn't't like the pasta and all I got was a very quick clean of the table. 4 different people took turnes, one to lead us to a table (the door never closes so it's very cold if you do not sit in the back - which we did not although it was empty), one took our order, a different one again brought it to our table and of course another waitress brought the bill.

The overall atmosphere is noisy, the staff cleans cutlery and throw loudly onto the others. Imagine that on top of loud music and glass clincking. Fun fun fun....

The place was extremely noisy, perhaps because we were near the exit, not sure.
The grilled chicken tasted bitter and had hardy any other taste to it, the mushroom and spinach sauce was nice though. Mom loved the sea bass. My fries were more oil than fries so I asked for a new portion. The meal overall was okay, but I do not think we will be coming back here. Definitely not worth coming here again, especially seeing the quality vs. price ratio. I won't even say anything about the dessert prices. It has nothing Italian about it, too.

Certainly not authentic italian. It was the worst risotto ever . Just gloop.
What you would expect from a main stream food court conglomerate.

The food had far to much garlic and was not seasoned with much else. The speed of the service was extremely slow.will not go here again. I ordered the pork belly but was unlike any pork belly i have eaten or seen before

Came here for our 1st year anniversary. Was excited, until the starter came and the calamari batter was overly greasy and disgusting, but just ate half of it, the misses crab cakes where spot on tho, and so was her sea bass for main! My king prawn risotto came and at this point I understood why they gave me a spoon! It was a bowl that look like it was full of soup, way to much sauce and little rice, and that was way over cooked, also only 2 king prawns!!!!!!! I sent this back and asked for it to be cooked fresh with more rice or less sauce which they did, and came with 5 king prawns the second time, they state saffron is used, but yet both where extremely pale and cream coloured, not a vibrant yellow! So unsure where the saffron went? Finally got to desert! Didn't think this could be messed up, cheese cake and a pannacotta, but yeah, both served on dirty plates with old food marks and noticeable finger print marks. Yes we where picky at this point but we have every right to be after this meal. Staff weren't even amazing, could crack a smile and hardly spoke English. But they did there job 👍 Will not be coming back and I recommend you try somewhere else with their prices......

A little expensive for drinks but the food was really nice.

Staff were helpful and pleasant, food was good. Went as part of a group of 16 and the staff were brilliant at organising everything so that the meal went smoothly. The wait between courses was acceptable considering the numbers of meals being prepared but all the food arrived warm and tasted good. Drinks were a little expensive and the options were limited.

Great, speedy service. Exactly what I expect from Prezzo. It's a shame that they don't take NUS cards during peak days (Thursday - Sunday) but it's totally what I'd expect. Also, they're starting to serve San Pellegrino bottles which cost the same as the cans they sell, despite having 130ml less in. :(

A regular haunt, good value, very consistent good quality.
