Wonderful evening with family last night. Good food, lovely atmosphere. 2nd time I've been here. Looking forward to the next time already.

We can't fault this place, it had a wonderful buzzy atmosphere and the food was delicious 😋

The staff were efficient & polite, as always! Nothing was too much trouble & that's why we go back to Banstead Prezzo!

Very good food and service, a pricey through but you get what you pay for, woukd definately go back...

The food is always nice here and the servers are friendly and polite but they always seem understaffed and rushed. So sometimes you can wait ages for things.

It's a great place and the decor is lovely.

Food was great apart from a tiny piece of chocolate cake they must of been running low it was cut so thin and service was a little slow and we wasnt told till the end of the meal that their card machine isnt working

Prezzo Banstead a lovely restaurant let down by uncaring staff despite the restaurant being almost empty the waiting staff were difficult to gain attention and seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves and hey hang on the 40℅ off voucher £6 off an £88 bill I'm no mathematician but doesn't sound right anyway could not be bothered arguing Leatherhead store not as pretty but service way better

If you order the tre gusto pizza & you like spicey food you will love this. You can ask for the 'children's pepperoni ' pizza which isn't spicy at all. Service not great, Waited 15mins at the bar to buy a drink & the waitress wasn't happy as 'you can put these on the bill', we didn't want. Won't be back in a hurry.

Helped a friend celebrate a birthday. Prezzo asked for the order prior to us going as it was a big group but it was lost! We ordered dessert but they had run out by the time we were served! Good service though, the waitress was very attentive.

As normal, the food was good, the service was poor. The only place in Banstead with worse service is The Mint.

If it wasn't for the draft Peroni, I don't think I would bother going back.

Slow and useless service, not very friendly staff and the restaurant was boiling.

however whenever the back area kitchen door was opened the draughty cold wind blew straight through the seating area in the restaurant , this was not helped by the staff smoking outside this smell also came in with the chilly wind, totally unbelievable.

Some customers were putting coats on whilst seated due to the cold.

My daughter found tissue in her meal! She was offered a free dessert but didn't want one but no other compensation was offered. We had both had cocktails and a starter so money could have come off either. Service not good either. Will not be returning

Food was ok. Service was awful. Right from the moment we walked in. The person 'welcoming' us was unfriendly, didn't even break a smile. It was my son's 18th birthday and we were very disappointed. Have been there before but won't go there again.

Came here for valentines day, booked way in advance, when we arrived they didn’t have our reservation - lucky I had the proof on my phone. Service was awkward after this. Waitress forgot my olives and I was given literally THREE king prawns in sauce for my starter with dry garlic bread - how does this make for £6.60 a reasonable price?

Emailed head office and got no response. Wont be coming back!
