Went for lunch with a friend on Tuesday 29th August. For starters we had mozzarella in breadcrumbs and crab cakes- the mozzarella portion was big! We both went for pizzas for main - one Classico which came with a side salad and one prestigio- which was larger than expected! Really lovely waitress. Will definitely return �

Had by far the best service I’ve ever received, the manager Hess, was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond his duty, to accommodate us!

As fans of Prezzo, we may be biased, but it was also the best food we’ve received at any Prezzo!

Will definitely be going here again, even though it’s over 20 miles away!

Friday 29th December - 4 of us for 3 course meal. Plenty of choice, hot, tasty and decent portions. Excellent service, helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Definitely looking forward to a return visit.

Always love this restaurant. Have never had a bad meal. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. We’ve just celebrated a family birthday here & it’s been absolutely amazing.

Very expensive ! Thought we could use vouchers and had down loaded them including a complimentary bottle of bubbly for the birthday boy ! Could only use 1 ! Wont bother again as although the food was nice it was so over priced for what it was .

Service terrible food reasonable. Ales only came in bottles won't serve you in pint glass

I thought the food was lovely. However we down loaded one of the many vouchers for Prezzo. 50% off a bottle of Prosecco and two main courses for £10.60. The meal itself i cannot fault however when it came to paying the bill. They charged us full price on the main courses. We questioned this they altered the bill still showing the incorrect amount. The third bill came over and the waiter said to us that we only just showed him the voucher app with the offer. At which point we told him "we showed it before we ordered the food to check if we could use it and you said we could. " I was not impressed I think when there are voucher offers the staff should have a list so when they take orders they are more prepared.

The food was good, top marks to the chef and kitchen staff�. The Service we received and the service staff? Damn it was bad, soo very bad.

Ordered drinks from one waitress! Bever came! Another waitress asked if we'd like drinks and then she brought over the tray with our already ordered drinks on it! Had to call a waiter over to place order even though stafc kept passing by. Pizza on offer for £5 very bland!

My lasange was stone cold in the middle (cheese on top hadnt even melted properly) and my moms pasta was luke warm. Waitress sent mine back so i had to eat separately and tbh didnt even want it when it eventually came.

Monday night and they had run out of lots of things including what I wanted so I ordered somtning else , the food came before the drinks we had to go chasing them.

Then we were charged for both the meal they had run out of and my alternative didn't think much of the food either won't be going back for a while

Went for a family meal on sunday 2 April approx 5pm . Not many people there so we were seated straight away. We were given 2 adult menus but no kids menu ( which we had to ask for after 5 mins being seated) even tho we has our 8 year old son with us.

25 mins later and no one had approached our table to even ask if we wanted a drink let alone taking our order. We decided to leave at this point . On the way out my partner raised the issue with who we beleive was the manager and was returned with a blank look. As we left Prezzo we came across and elderly couple who also had left after they were told they could not come in as there was not enought staff to serve them . I felt extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant as on previous visits to this same branch we have had excellent service . ..

Waitresses was the worst I ever had , could barely hear her thought she was a mute at first , can't even open a bottle of wine , was a terrible meal for my fiancé bday , the brusetta was a piece of toast � who does that , oh and the wine was awful

The food was exceptional. The service diabolical. After 25 mins we managed to ask a waitress where our drinks were. She’d forgotten! We had a prepaid voucher that they found too difficult to work out. We got what we prepaid for but still had to pay an additional £15. I’d already sent the bill back twice and so I paid the £15 as I was too fed up to argue with them anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this particular restaurant even though the food was great.

Shockingly bad , un professional service , one male member of staff stunk like he never washed the other male member of staff took our drink to give to another table . Kept smashing and dropping things , brought wrong food out . Just a shambles had to laugh in the end . Will never ever go back ��

Possibly one of the worst services I have experienced, 2 and a half hours of my life wasted, 2 hours of them were waiting around for a table and the bill. I get when restaurants are busy to expect a wait but this was a joke, even when the place was emptied out at the end of the night, we had to wait over 40 mins for the table to be cleared and get the bill even after numerous reminders as staff were gathered at the back of the restaurant on there phones and having drinks. Staff are inexperienced and have lack of customer service skills. What looked like a careless manager who was nowhere to be seen apart from outside on his phone too, he could see us getting irate but no apology or nothing from the staff. Takes a lot to annoy me to the point to write a review but felt this was definitely needed!

If I could give zero I would! Service was terrible! The attitude of the staff was terrible. The food was awful and it’s so overpriced for what you get! Will not be going again.
