Went out for a meal with some work colleagues . Had a gorgeous meal only concern was we were charged for an extra meal when I questioned this discrepancy the waiter already knew we had been overcharged and took the bill back to ammend it. It was a good job I'd checked our receipt before paying otherwise we'd have been charged an extra £11.95 for a meal we never had. Despite this we will be eating there again but I'll make sure to double check two bill before paying!

Visited oswestry today, wanted somewhere nice to eat found this place, very friendly service as soon as we entered the restaurant, very clean place to eat, food was tasty we both had belly pork, desserts were lovely too, average price for excellent food & service, we will return, Staff very professional too, thankyou all..

Really enjoyed our day on mother's day, it was my first time in any Prezzo restaurant and i was not disappointed! Will definitely be returning. Only one disappointment, there was a waitress that was very miserable and very stern when we asked her for things. Other than that we enjoyed our food.

Ordered from the Fans menu 2 courses for £11.50, food was lovely, our waiter was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for food or drinks. Would return back.

I love this place. Been a bit of a tradition to go on my birthday for the last few years. Amazing food, good service and a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend �

Had a lovely meal with friends last night. The prices are reasonable and the staff are lovely and always smiling. Will definitely visit again soon. Thank you! Jenny Gray.

Booked a table for our 16th anniversary.. (14/7/2017) wife had crab cake starter, I had baked mushrooms, lovely- hot fresh starter, I had the seabass Main with truffle infused fries, wife had king prawn risotto, then I had honey comb cheesecake, wife had pana cottas and we had coffees to finish. Waiters were attentive, the Soave wine was lovely. Had a gr8 time, definitely be back � ( all the way from north east of Scotland- Steve & Shell Campbell) �

Been here many times with and without the kids. The food is excellent and the staff are so professional and friendly. This is my 'go to' place when we want something special :-)

Lovely food and staff where very friendly but the service was so slow. We where there a total of 2.5hours for a main course and pudding for 3 people. There was a party of 18 on a table so we where told there was a 10 min delay in food. Only seemed to be 3 staff in total as it was Wednesday lunch time. Like I said though, food was lovely and staff very pleasant.

Lovely food , lovely service , a little chilly in there could do with some heating .

Our reception was frosty, almost didn't bother after the grumpy man who seated was so rude & grumbled as he lead us to a table. We Felt very unwelcome! The food however was very nice we couldn't fault it. We ended up with a cheerful waiter but the first one was also grumpy. Not sure if there had been an argument between staff? I wouldn't go back to this restaurant again but will certainly go to another Prezzo's. This was our first experience of prezzo's.

Disappointed that after many years STILL do not have many vegan options and have to bring my own vegan cheese!. I have written to H/O and never have a response. I am sadly switching my allegiance to Ask and Zizzi now who seem to actually listen to what customers say.

Requested no ham on pizza & chef managed to put it on, the waitress took it away & picked off the ham & brought it back to me. Not what I would. All vegetarian friendly.

Not impressed with my Meal, the pasta sauce was very bland. Tasted like they'd just served straight from a bottle of passata and nothing else. Very disappointing

Food was lovely. Staff were miserable, felt uncomfortable asking for anything. They also wouldn't split our bill as we had 3 different families, but because we sat on the same table they wouldn't split our bills.. It was poor.

Well how disappointed I was last night ordered king prawn � risotto and when it came there was a few flakes of salmon in it couldn’t see any prawn so I said I think you have gave me wrong dish... they took it away.. 2 mins later came back and said there is a prawn in it ..yes there was but just the one �...... never go there again the lady was so rude to me well here you go � prezzo oswestry .....

Terrible service. Ordered. Waited ages for the food to turn up and the girl that took the order forgot to put the starters on the ticket. No apology and was told 'we won't get charged for the starters' no shit! And completely not the point! The fact that we wanted the starters was completely overlooked. Staff couldn't care less. Very quiet with no atmosphere, too many staff on causing confusion. I'll be surprised if it's still open in 6 months!

Meant to be an early mothers day treat. Firstly they couldn't find my booking. Then we had to wait well over half an hour between courses. Then one of the mains was cold and the prawns not cooked properly and one of the other mains tepid but edible. By the time we had attracted someone over to complain everyone else had finished so the offer of another dish was pointless.



They did knock it off the bill but when as asked if everything was OK on paying and we said well actually no , the manager was not bothered but was just keen to stress that they had knocked the meal off the bill. I think he missed the point somewhat.



Very disappointing and don't think I will be rushing back anytime soon.

Absolutely useless. Pre-order for 1pm as the majority of the party need to be back at work for 2pm and meals come out at 1:55pm. They had the full menu the day before and were told food needed to be out for 1pm as we had to be back at work. No excuse for this. Staff rude.
